Since the 21 st century,with the increasingly fierce competition in economic globalization,knowledge and innovation are the decisive factors in promoting economic and social development.Since the policy of reform and opening up,the strategy of strengthening our nation by talents has been put forward at the national level.Talent resources,as the first resource,It is a strategic choice to promote sound and fast economic and social development and increase the country's core competitiveness.How to fully mobilize the work initiative of employees brings impetus to the improvement of organizational performance and gives new impetus to the innovation and development of enterprises and becomes the new focus of enterprises and relevant scholars.The research on the work initiative started with western scholars.After the introduction of domestic research by Chinese scholars,the researchers in organization and management were quickly paid attention to under the Chinese situation.As a big global power and a world economic power,at the present moment of rapid economic growth,the managers of domestic enterprises are increasingly aware that employees,as important carriers of the operation of an enterprise,play a crucial role in the organization of an enterprise.In particular,The effective suggestions and opinions put forward are getting more and more attention.This article is divided into five chapters,introduction,literature review,theoretical model and research hypothesis,empirical research,research conclusions and suggestions.These interrelated chapters make a detailed account of the whole research.The main problem of this paper is how to stimulate the initiative of the employees in the R&D units,so as to improve the management of the enterprises,so that the enterprises can adapt to the changing market environment and the increasingly fierce market competition.The research of this paper is mainly in the organizational environment of the Institute.From the staff level,the research and development personnel of three research institutes in the southwest region are taken as the object,and from the two different tendencies of employee promotion orientation and inhibition orientation,the research and analysis of employees' promotion and orientation,inhibition orientation and employee work are studied and analyzed.On the basis of the correlation of the initiative,the relevant literature research,the measurement methods are reviewed and summarized,and the theoretical basis is combed,the theoretical hypothesis model is set up,the basic hypothesis is put forward,and the hypothesis is verified by the empirical study,and the two research variables are based on the empirical analysis.The results are as follows,the promotive orientation of R&D personnel is positively related to the initiative of the work,and there is no negative correlation between the inhibition orientation of R&D personnel and the work initiative.Finally,the existing research hypothesis and empirical research are discussed,the theoretical significance and practical significance of this study are explained,and the limitations of the research are also put forward,and the prospect of the research in this field is also prospected.It is hoped that the conclusions of this paper can help the management practice of knowledge enterprises and provide theoretical support for modern enterprise management.It is hoped that this research can provide theoretical support for the transformation of the management of enterprises and play a certain enlightenment role in its management practices.
