The development of electronic industry drives improvements of productivity and life quality for human being,and High-tech electronic technology companies are the core assets for electronic industry development,also,innovation plays a critical role for both electronic industry and High Tech electronic companies' development.This paper starts with innovation basic theory,and it redefines innovation as: innovation is the process of applying new technology,new ideas,new methods and new models to take positive effects in practices.This paper,based on the structure of innovation process model,utilizes innovation 4Ps model and key elements for Innovative Organization build-up,studies the Sustainable Innovation Operational Mechanisms of typical domestic and foreign High-tech electronic companies.This paper compares and analyzes Innovation Operational Mechanisms of US companies such as Intel,IBM and Apple;European companies such as Nokia,Siemens;Asian foreign companies such as Samsung and Sony;also Chinese companies such as ZTE and Huawei,summarizing the key elements of Sustainable Innovation for High Tech Electronic Technology Companies: different companies focuses on different elements of Product Innovation,Process Innovation,Positioning Innovation and Paradigm Innovation under Technological Innovation,but Product Innovation is the core factor in Technological Innovation.The Innovative Organization build-up drives and guarantees the continuity of innovation.Sustainable Innovation is the core competitiveness for High-tech Electronic Technology Companies.This paper gets into the case study of XX Corporation C hengdu branch after the study of innovation theory and the research of Sustainable Innovation Operational Mechanisms of typical High-tech Electronics Technology Companies in C hina and abroad.Firstly,this paper interprets the importance and urgency of innovation for C hengdu branch from the analysis of C hengdu branch history,culture,global strategic positioning,and innovation development requirements.Secondly,this paper highlights the problems and usage scenarios of non-continuity innovation by studying of non-systematic cultural build-up,quality excursions and inefficient processes during rapid ramping and output max,comparing of cost control trend and cost saving projects,also the confrontation and collaboration of Chengdu engineering departments and global collaborative organizations.Lastly,this paper explores the basic model of sustainable innovation by analyzing development strategy culture build-up,cost control system establishment and improvement,control and management of risk taking incentives,and collaborative culture reconstruction for C hengdu engineering departments and global collaborative organizations.After analyzing problems,this paper shows the processes for innovative organization build-up and maintenance by studying of the practices of Test Engineering Department o f XX Corporation C hengdu branch,which includes the cultural build-up through management supporting and team members fully participation,practical organization transformation and adjustment,results orientation institution build up and development under fundamental and innovative process focus,and organizational resources reallocation and process simplification.This paper deeply analyzes Process Innovation and Paradigm Innovation under Technological Innovation through lots of data and examples after Inno vative Organization formed,highlights the transformation,development and safeguard mechanisms of Sustainable Innovation under Innovative Organization.Lastly,the paper emphasizes the power of Sustainable Innovation Mechanisms by showing the results of sustainable innovations.This paper utilizes the model of problem statement,problem analysis,problem resolution,problem retrospection and solution proliferation outlook,coming out the fundamental sustainable innovation theory through full and accurate theoretical study and research of Sustainable Innovation Mechanisms of High-tech electronic companies in China and abroad.The author comes to a general conclusion of Sustainable Innovation Operational Mechanisms for High-tech Electronic companies by cases study of XX Corporation Chengdu branch through detailed data and examples on various aspects of Sustainable Innovation.
