| With the development of society and economy,the demand for energy from human production and living is increasing day by day.Frequent fluctuations in energy supply and energy prices affect the global economic situation and the rapidly developing China.Coal is closely linked with macroeconomics.In recent years,due to weak international and domestic demand,environmental protection pressures,and during the transitional period of industrial structure upgrade and transformation,the concentrated release of coal production coupled with the average annual fixed asset investment growth rate of over 30% has caused excess production capacity.Seriously,contradiction between supply and demand is sharp.After the integration of resources in Shanxi Province,the debt ratio of the integrated main companies was relatively high,and the operation and management did not really achieve groupization.Industry laws and regulations lacked stipulations on new issues and new conditions.However,the province’s coal industry has the advantages of abundant coal reserves,easy exploitation,advanced coal chemical technology,advanced mining equipment,and high industrial concentration.The basic national conditions of China’s coal-rich oil and gas deficiency and the principle of maintaining the sustainable and efficient use of energy have determined that coal will remain the cornerstone of China’s energy industry for a relatively long period of time.It is the main force in the economic growth of energy contributions,and the basis of the coal industry.The sexual effects have long-term and low substitution.Therefore,in the new stage of development,we will study the factors that affect the overall competitiveness of Shanxi coal enterprises in the context of changes in the internal and external environment and the mechanism of the factors,assess their own competitiveness,locate advantages,analyze and scientifically solve problems,and become the leading industry in Shanxi.The coal industry and coal companies explore the path of sustainable and innovative development in the process of upgrading industrial structure and energy reform.This dissertation takes the comprehensive competitiveness of Shanxi coal enterprises as the research object,starting from the perspective that competitiveness is an all-round,multi-level,and comprehensive strength of the organic aggregates of enterprises.One-sided focus on core competence does not guide enterprise practice well and should be competitive.The understanding of forces,the analysis of influencing factors,and the measurement and evaluation system as a whole,on the basis of discussing the relevant theories of the competitiveness and dynamic capabilities of coal enterprises,clarified the connotation,characteristics and core ideas of the comprehensive competitiveness of coal enterprises,The analysis of the status quo and problems of the existence of rigid business models,low implementation efficiency of management systems,targeted deviations in research innovation and human resources development systems,failure to accurately integrate development concepts,capital structure,and failure to update assets management in a timely manner.Analyze the influencing factors of the comprehensive competitiveness of Shanxi coal enterprises from the aspects of mine safety,technical equipment,internal and external environment of the enterprise,organization and coordination,innovation and transformation,ecological construction,etc.,and establish a combination of domestic and foreign research results combined with the status of the Shanxi coal industry and the characteristics of the enterprise itself.The five indicators including scientific research and innovation,dynamic coordination,ecological harmony,openness and diversification,and safety sustainability have established fourteen secondary indicators including the production technology level,research level and transformation,and fifty-two three-level indicators for specific settings.Shanxi Coal Enterprise Comprehensive Competitiveness Index System.The structural equation method was adopted to construct the Shanxi coal enterprise comprehensive competitiveness model to analyze the impact of each variable on the overall relationship and the interrelationship between variables.The proposed research hypothesis was validated by the model results and the path relationships were analyzed.On this basis,a comparative analysis of the major coal groups in Shanxi Province was conducted.The data collected by Shanxi’s specific coal companies will establish a structural equation model,which will be brought into comparative analysis through the model.Based on the weights jointly established by the structural equation and the mean squared error method,the weighted mean value will be calculated for each company’s competitiveness and comprehensive competitiveness under various factors.Therefore,we can obtain the relationship between the influence factors and the factors in the specific corporate context and provide suggestions for promoting the sustainable development of Shanxi coal enterprises.The innovation of the thesis is:(1)Establishing the comprehensive competitiveness index of Shanxi coal enterprises based on the theory of dynamic capability and integrating the characteristics of Shanxi coal enterprises,and establishing a comprehensive competitiveness index system that links the practice of the enterprises.(2)On the basis of data standardization,reliability and validity analysis,a structural equation model for the comprehensive competitiveness of Shanxi coal enterprises based on dynamic capabilities was constructed and optimized to obtain more accurate factor relationships and impacts,and to analyze the structure.The result of the equation model.(3)Based on the results of the study,a weighted mean value was used to compare and analyze the comprehensive competitiveness of selected Shanxi coal companies,and based on the model results and comparative analysis conclusions,specific suggestions were proposed for Shanxi coal companies to improve their comprehensive
