As one of the most important types of primary energy,coal resource is the foundation of the world economic development.With the more and more fierce combat on energy resource among different countries,it is critical to improve the energy safety and enhance the competitiveness of coal industry.Coal enterprises are core component of coal industry,to improve the overall competitiveness of coal enterprise,essentially is to improve the competitiveness of coal industry of our country.With people pay more and more attention to resource conservation and ecological protection,the traditional extensive mode of exploitation is being eliminated gradually and replaced by safe,efficient and low carbon mode of production.The study of coal mine comprehensive competitiveness is a complicated systematic engineering,this research aims at identifying the influencing factors of coal mine comprehensive competitiveness,by analyzing the interaction mechanism among the influencing factors,a reference will be provided to the coal industry researchers and coal enterprises.Meanwhile the level of coal enterprise themselves and their weakness will be identified by measurement research,which will facilitate the realization of sustainable development.This article innovatively integrates fuzzy set theory,CFCS and DEMATEL methods,constructing the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness structural element model.Path relations of coal mine comprehensive competitiveness structural elements are also analyzed in depth by SEM.Following a deep analysis of the relationship among the substance and key point of each dimension,the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness measurement index system was established.By using Delphi method,AHP-Entropy coupling weight method,membership function method,efficacy coefficient method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as evaluation tools,the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness measurement model is established.At last,took 11 coal mines from Shen Dong Corporation as an example,a coal mine comprehensive competitiveness measurement evaluation was conducted,provided improvement advices and enhancing method.Through the research of this dissertation,achievements and conclusions are summarized as follows.(1)The first chapter,Introduction.A summary analysis was made on the basic situation of coal resource distribution,consumption and production.Described the research background,purpose and significance of this selected topic.Combing the domestic and foreign research progress and current situation on the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness,put forward the existing problems in the current research findings,and established the research path,research method and main research contents of this dissertation.(2)The second chapter,the related concepts and theoretic basis.Clearly defined the research objectives of the dissertation,namely the definition and study scope of coal mine,comprehensive competitiveness and its measurement,reviewed the related theory such as systematic theory,core competitiveness theory,accident causation theory,high yield and high efficiency coal mine theory,intelligent coal mine construction theory,ecological coal mine construction theory,coal mine science and technology innovation theory and harmony mining area theory.(3)The third chapter,the development of the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness structural element model.In this chapter,the overall related influencing factors of coal mine comprehensive competitiveness are analyzed thoroughly.Firstly,a factor identification model was established,the interaction among these factors is analyzed by using UCINET complex network analysis.Secondly,the expert linguistic evaluation scale was transformed and fused by using the fuzzy set theory and CFCS method,the cause degree and centrality degree of each factor are analyzed by using DEMATEL namely Decision Making Trail and Evaluation Laboratory approach.Lastly,established the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness structural element model with safety,efficiency,intelligence,eco friendly,innovation and harmonious six factors.(4)The fourth chapter,the study on coal mine comprehensive competitiveness structural model.In this chapter,the principal of structural equation was utilized,by using AMOS as analyzing tool,the research was conducted on the latent variables and structural path relation among six factors of coal mine comprehensive competitiveness,namely safety,efficiency,intelligent,eco friendly,innovation and harmonious.Firstly,by analyzing the content of the six dimensions,the influencing factors of each dimension was summarized and questionnaires are designed accordingly,the descriptive statistics,reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaires are carried out.Secondly,take the 15 principle components extracted from structural validity as observation variables,path hypothesis was made on the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness,the model was validated and modified on the basis of the model fitting parameters and the path coefficient,obtained the result that the 11 paths in the original 13 paths are correct.Lastly,the structural relation model was combined with the actual operation of the coal mine,the rationality of the structural model is verified from both theory and practice aspects.(5)The fifth chapter,the study on the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness measurement model.In this chapter,basing on the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness structural model,taking safety,efficiency,eco friendly,intelligence,innovation and harmonious six dimensions as target layer,the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness measurement index system is established,illustrated the basis of how each index was selected,the meaning of the index and its calculation method.Basing on AHP-Entropy Weight coupling weight method,the weight was assigned to the measurement index system.By defining the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness and its index system classification principle,established the membership function of single index evaluation by applying membership function and function coefficient principle.Lastly,the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness measurement model was established by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.(6)The sixth chapter,empirical study: the measurement analysis and improvement of coal mine comprehensive competitiveness.To verify the operability and practical application value of the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness measurement model,11 coal mines from Shen Dong corporation are selected as study object in this chapter,a systematic analysis was conducted basing on the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness measurement model,with the result showing that the Da Liuda,Bu Lianta,Yu jialiang coal mines have reached advanced international level.Basing on the outcome,according to the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness measurement result,taking Wu Lanmulun,Bao De and Cun Caota the second coal mine as examples,the weakness and limitation of development for each coal mine was analyzed,the improvement path and key techniques for each dimension were put forward.(7)The seventh chapter,conclusion and prospect.A conclusive summarize was made on the outcome and innovative points of this research,meanwhile,a prospect was given on the development direction of coal mine comprehensive competitiveness related research in the future.The main innovative points of the dissertation is as follows:(1)This article innovatively integrates fuzzy set theory,CFCS and DEMATEL methods,constructing the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness structural element model.By establishing factor identification model,researching reference documentation,carrying out questionnaire survey and expert demonstration,the original data was developed,the expert linguistic evaluation scale was transformed and fused by using the fuzzy set theory and CFCS method,the relationship among all factors in the network was explored by using UCINET complex network analysis tool,the cause degree and centrality degree of each factor are analyzed by using DEMATEL,namely Decision Making Trail and Evaluation Laboratory approach to distinguish the causal factors and outcome factors.Lastly,by utilizing the Cartesian coordinate system,the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness structural model with influencing factors as safety,efficiency,intelligent,eco friendly,innovation and harmonious was establish.(2)SEM model was utilized in this dissertation to make sure the structural path relationship among different factors of coal mine comprehensive competitiveness.Questionnaire for coal mine comprehensive competitiveness structural equation model was developed,by using SPSS and AMOS as analyzing tools,analyzed the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,fitting parameters among factors in the model and path coefficient.Lastly,the structural path relation among each dimension was determined,the rationality of the model was demonstrated from both theoretical and practical aspects.(3)The coal mine comprehensive competitiveness measurement model was established and empirically analyzed in this dissertation,the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness improvement approaches are put forward.The coal mine comprehensive competitiveness measurement index system was established based on the six dimensions,namely safety,efficiency,intelligence,eco friendly,innovation and harmonious as target layer,then by using AHP-Entropy weight method,efficiency coefficient method,membership function,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the coal mine comprehensive competitiveness measurement model was established.Based on that,11 coal mine enterprises are selected and an empirical research was conducted,the outcome of the measurement was analyzed by using radar chart,weaknesses and development limitations of these coal mine enterprises are identified and modification methods and improvement path were put forward.
