The Evaluation And Promotion Of Science And Technology Innovation Capability Of Shanxi

Contemporary society, technology innovation is the main driving force to promote theprogress of human society, which has become the vitality of productive forces development,economic development and social progress in our country. Technology innovation is veryimportant to the region and the international competitiveness enhancement. Modern societycan not develop without technology innovation, which is the source and power of a region’seconomic development, and also plays a promoting role for the sustainable development ofthe region economy.The economy of Shanxi province has maintained a sustained growth in recent years,butthere is still a certain gap compared with other developed regions.Theinsufficient technological innovation ability is the bottleneck problem of further developmentof economy. As an important energy base, Shanxi Province is particularly important in theposition of the national economy development, so it has a very important significance tosolve the problems existing in technology innovation ability of Shanxi Province. Thispaper takes Shanxi Province as the research object to study the ability of technologyinnovation of it, and then adopts corresponding development strategies and policy measuresaiming at the weak links in scientific and technological innovation ability.Through the research on the theory of domestic and foreign technology innovation andanalyze to the current situation of technological innovation in Shanxi Province, with nearlynineteen years technology data in Shanxi Province as the basis and reliability and correlationtest to the data with SPSS software, this paper establishes an evaluation index system whichmeets the actual situation of Shanxi Province, then fits and tests the technology data of Shanxi Province in structure equation model and gets the influence degree of each index totechnological innovation. Based on the index system above, this paper makes the evaluationand ranking of technology innovation ability by structural equation model under thetechnology data in2012about31provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in ourcountry, and then gets the relative level of technology innovation ability in Shanxi provinceand all influencing factors of it. Then gets the solutions and suggestions to improve theability of technology innovation based on the vertical and horizontal analysis combinedwith the problems existing in technology innovation in Shanxi province, in order to furtherimprove the efficiency and the pace of economic development and the comprehensivecompetitiveness of Shanxi province.
