Research On Enterprise’s Core Competitiveness And Evaluation Based On BSC

Currently, market competence is increasingly fierce.Under this environment, theconstruction industry,which is one of ten big pillar industries in our country, plays anextremely important role in promoting the development of the entire region’seconomics.Therefore,construction enterprise must have the core competitiveness inorder to keep sustainable development and become the leader of all industries.With theadvent of the era of economy, the traditional resource advantage already can notadapt to the new competition environment, enterprise must seek an intangibleway,which is not easy to be copied, to build their own core competitiveness.First of all, based on the literature research on core competitiveness, balancedscorecard is put forward to research for the enterprises’ core competitiveness. Secondly,the balanced scorecard framework is built with the emphasis on quality andenvironmental level, then combined with the theory of strategic map, the static balancescorecard is transformed for the dynamic balanced scorecard. Afterwards, the balancedscorecard is integrated into the core competitiveness, the index system of enterprisecore competitiveness is established. Structural equation model and AMOS software isused for the construction of index system model for construction enterprises in HebeiProvince. And confirmatory factor analysis is used to validate the rationality of themodel. Finally, with the certain index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmodel,we set up the construction enterprise core competence evaluation model.Combined with the specific case analysis,we applied the balanced scorecard to theresearch of core competitiveness of M company, thus providing some feasiblesuggestions for core competitiveness research on construction enterprises.
