With the rapid development of Internet technology and the gradual increase of Chinese Internet users,how to use the network that new platform to spread science and technology efficiently and quickly become a new challenge for science educators and scientists.The Internet has a lot of advantages such as rich content,massive information,diverse forms of expression,and the ability of users to communicate and interact equally,and China has gradually established a number of popular science website.Compared with the traditional way of scientific communication,use of the Internet to develop science and practice has a broad space.But at present a lot of popular science sites have not been well used,some of the advantages of the network are not reflected in many popular science sites,and the user experience is much lower than expected.In this paper,from the user's point of view,to Goukr users satisfaction as the research goal,to investigate and study the satisfaction of our national science website users,and put forward some strategies and suggestions to improve the user satisfaction of popular science website.First of all,this article combs and summarizes the related research on popular science website,user satisfaction theory and website evaluation method.First of all,this paper combs and summarizes the related research on popular science website,user satisfaction theory and website evaluation method.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,combined with the characteristics of the popular science website and the characteristics of the users,the model of user satisfaction index is established,and the user satisfaction evaluation index is designed on the basis of model,and tested the scientific and comprehensive nature of the indicators,and then according to the construction of the model and design indicators to prepare the questionnaire.Then,taking the Goukr as an example,this paper investigates and studies the customer satisfaction,analyzes the status quo of the user satisfaction of the Goukr,establishes the regression equation model of the user satisfaction of the Goukr,and also calculates the importance degree of the factors that affect the customer satisfaction.Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis,the strategies and suggestions to enhance the user satisfaction of popular science website are put forward.
