Relying on the Internet as a medium developed form - popular science site, the development in recent decades has been at the low state, although there are a number of established brands, the development relatively slow in the whole area.In this paper, Lasswell's "5W" mode of transmission as the theoretical framework, it used the literature research, case analysis, and comparative study law. The paper maked the popular Web site into the official Web site and run Web site in two forms, and it did some researches on the excellent examples of the two sites - China Popular Science Exhibition and Science squirrels, and it did some dissemination of the five elements:Evangelist, website construction, communication content, and dissemination of results in five aspects. The paper made the contrast on each process to the advantages and disadvantages: as Chinese state media Popular Science Exhibition has a strong resource on scientists, authoritative sources of information, and extensively involved in the field, but the content is relatively simple and slowly update; as private media Science squirrels would be a lively form of science, vivid language, fast update However, it was not varied.
