In the fierce competition environment, "service quality" and "customer satisfaction" has become a key element for gateway websites to develop electronic commerce successfully, particularly for domestic recruiting websites. Although have a high-speed development history from 1997, facing the increasingly fiercer competition and the higher service demand of the job seeker on the website, to maintain the good relationship with customers and pursue sustainable competitive advantage, the recruiting websites must provide high quality services which are more accord with user needs to improve customer satisfaction. This paper takes the overall online recruitment service of leading comprehensive recruitment website as the research object, e.g.51job,chinahr.com,zhaopin.com, thinking for the job seeker online, builds the service quality measurement dimension system which includes information content, usability, reliability, care and interaction, collect data through questionnaires, uses the scientific empirical methods to discuss the relationship between recruiting website service quality and customer satisfaction, according to the different use frequencies of all the data collected and commonly users of the three recruiting websites, this paper analyses the group and regression of the job seeker online to find the key factors that affect service quality to online job seeker groups. last presents some views on every dimension to improve the service quality of the recruiting website and customer satisfaction.To test the theoretical assumptions, this paper collects the data through questionnaires online, comprehensively applied the mathematical statistics such as the descriptive statistics, variance, factors and regression analysis ect. to analyse quantitatively in general.The results show that the service measurement dimension system this paper assumed:information content, usability, reliability, care and interaction is distinctly positive to online job seeker satisfaction。The values of this study:applied the traditional service quality-consumer satisfaction theory to recruiting website electron service area, tested its applicability, provided an reference to service quality improving, proved that information content, usability reliability, care and interaction had great impact on the online job seeker satisfaction.
