| The competition between enterprises gradually becomes a full range competition with the development of information and globalization,and changing price competition to technological innovation to obtain the market.Chinese companies also realize that it needs increase investment in R & D projects in order to obtain technological innovation,and short the average R & D cycle of the project to reduce costs.Although the investment of R & D projects have increased year by year in China,the efficiency of R & D and the results are very few,mainly due to R & D project management system behind.Therefore,we need to further improve the Chinese enterprises management system in the process of R & D,to achieve the role of joint project development.The shortcomings of project C management,teamwork,knowledge sharing and cross-cultural cooperation between C company and company B are studied based on the case P project of Company C through case analysis and qualitative analysis method,and more the corresponding perfect measures is put forward in view of these shortcomings.Through this study,the main results are as follows:The main problems and reasons in the management are: C companies rely on market demand to seek foreign cooperative enterprises,so C companies does not establish long-term stable cooperative relations with cooperative enterprises;the management philosophy and high-level talent is a serious lack of C company makes C companies could not introduce the IPD in time;the project development process is relatively rough and lack of operability in the project development process make the management process confusion,and more the management process conflict;the conflict communication with foreign staff often occurs due to cultural differences when cooperation with foreign enterprises;the design process is too long to increase the design costs for the design concept between C company and cooperative company B being often inconsistent;the cross-sectoral coordination problems,product development team can not make the right decision-making and team projects do not have clear objectives make the team overall level of cooperation be low.The suggestions and Countermeasures for the above issues are: Let the staff understand the core of IPD ideas through training before the introduction of IPD,and introduce of high-level management personnel at the same time;developing clear regulations and operational processes for cooperation projects to ensure that the R & D project is carried out smoothly;guiding employees with teamwork awareness through development of performance appraisal form in the team cooperation;Finally,making the Participate in project development staff understand the culture of the partners and face the cultural differences exist through cultural training,improve the team’s cross-cultural management awareness,and introduction of cross-cultural management personnel at the same time. |
