The work site of a manufacturing enterprise is the most important and concentrated area for production as well as the management.Therefore,site management is the important and fundamental management and is vital to the improvement of the production environment and production efficiency as well as cost reduction.More and more enterprises have realized the importance of on-site management.However,the majority of them often start from the perspective of managing a single element because of the limitation of knowledge and experience,resulting in the difficulty of improving the site comprehensively,systematically and sustainably.The 5S is an on-site management method originated in Japan which could improve work place environment and training employees.It describes the definition of efficiency and effectiveness of one factory by identifying the old items,maintaining the area and sustaining new order.As the base of the world manufacturing,the gap of equipment and technology in manufacturing between the world level and China is being decreasing rapidly,but management gap remains huge.It is eager and difficult to combine the world's advanced management methods with the Chinese manufacturing.This paper focused on the analysis and executing of 5S in HR company.All the research in this paper are based on the fundamental theory including primary theory and practice.Secondly,author described the situation of HR company's work place,then try to analyze the problems and figure out the related management way.In the end,author came to a conclude in the executing of 5S.This paper figures out the key point of 5S application.Also it is meaningful to improve the 5S theory.The most important,it is helpful for privately-owned manufacturing enterprise on the way of absorbing 5S theory.
