Family business as the world's most common meaning of enterprise organization form,since the reform and opening,got swift and violent development in domestic,in order to promote the progress of science and technology,social and economic development of our country has made a great contribution.But on the road of sustainable development of family enterprises,met many prominent bottlenecks,therefore,many domestic scholars study from different perspectives,such as: enterprise professional management,professional manager introducing motivation,human resources training,human resources,performance optimization,study more companies cope with brain drain,etc.This paper studies less systematic solution flow aspects,human resources through the three links of organic interaction,to achieve the effective flow of human resources.Representative enterprises by studying the main flow barriers and causes,puts forward,from the perspective of the analytic enterprise human resource strategic planning,to human resource database and personal career planning for the index,forming human resource quantification of static and dynamic requirements,and human resources flow,effective guidance and correction work of internal flow and flow and effective implementation,stimulate the enterprise internal vitality,better help family enterprises to achieve sustainable development.This article is divided into five chapters to study.The first chapter reviews the thinking of selected topic origin,background,significance and research methods,an overview of the domestic scholar the research of family business turnover;The second chapter clear elements and related theoretical basis of this study;The third chapter studies the JM business enterprise development and personnel flow characteristic,find out the current situation and existing problems of human resource flow.The fourth chapter aimed at the problems of turnover,this paper puts forward systematic solution;the fifth chapter is the conclusion part,summarize the main conclusions from the macro.From human resources strategic planning guidance enterprise human resources flow,internal flow,flow and improve the external environment the whole closed-loop systematic study and deal with personnel flow problem effectively,has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the study of JM business group were effective flow and countermeasures,hope to be able to give the family business to provide some helpful reference.
