Research On The Path Of Promoting County Economy Development By New Urbanization In Renshou County

“County is The Foundation of The Country and The People are The Foundation of The State”.The key to revitalizing the economy and stabilizing the society lies in the county.The proportion of the entire county population reaches over 60% of the total country,the proportion of the land area is more than 80%,and more than 50% of the gross domestic product(GDP)is from county area.The county economy plays an irreplaceable and fundamental role in stabilizing the national economy and coordinating its development.Only when the county economy has been sustainably and healthily developed can the economy of the whole city,the province and even the whole country be sustained and healthy.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,as a powerful engine for developing county economy,new urbanization has drawn more and more attention from all walks of life.The development of county economy and new urbanization interact and complement each other.The growth of county economy has laid a solid foundation for the continuous development of new urbanization.At the same time,the new urbanization can also provide a lasting impetus for the prosperity of the county economy.As a large county with millions of people in hilly areas of the province,Renshou County,which involves a wide range of development potential enough,has very strong representativeness.At present,the county economic development in Renshou County is faced with problems and difficulties such as weak basic conditions,low level of economic development and insufficient social development.Especially in the area of urbanization,by the end of 2016,the urbanization rate of Renshou County was 37.5%,which was 12 and 21 percentage points lower than the provincial and national average respectively.The backwardness of urbanization can not transfer a large number of rural surplus labor force,by which the establishment of modern industrial system has been constrained,can not effectively expand consumption,and ultimately affect the development of county economy.Urbanization has become the main factor that restricts the development of county economy in Renshou County.This paper regards the new urbanization as the main research object to promote the county economic development of Renshou County,expounding on the related concept and the theoretical summary of county economy and new town,clarifying the research objectives,contents and key issues to be solved,and presenting the current situation of county economy and new urbanization in Renshou County.On the basis of finding and analyzing the existing problems and causes of promoting new urbanization in the process of county economy development,the paper puts forward five paths to promote the county economic development of Renshou County through new urbanization.Through the above countermeasures and suggestions,the paper try to provide some reference for the promotion of new urbanization and the development of county economy in Renshou County.
