With the high speed development of the manufacture in recent years,the volume of Electroless Nickel was increased and the quality level was controlled strictly in metal finishing industry such as electronic,oil pipe,mold manufacturing etc.The Electroless Nickel industry also attracts many company's attention,many low level quality productions entered the industry gradually through strategy of low price,then market was competed fiercely in order to obtain more market share,at the same time the station's environment policy is executed firmly and high standard level of the production is needed.Many company face the grim situation,how to address the issues encountered and improve the competition to achieve sustained business development are the main matter which need to be thought deeply.This paper choose the typical chemical supplier MG which focus on Electroless nickel industry many years,but developed slowly in market recent years,how to keep the leading position and keep the market share are the main issue to MG.This paper first demonstrates the current situation of the Electroness Nickel through the analysis of PESTS,Porter's Five Forces.Introducing MG's current business and the issues that encountered in market development,pointing out it's necessary to change the strategy of market.Then through the SWOT to find the MG's competitive.At last,proposing the advices of the current market strategy,including market position.Methods of how to meet the goal and the guarantee the strategy which need to be executed smoothly are suggested by the theory of 4Rs.
