Competition in the mobile communications market in rural areas has become the focus of all operators.In this article, for the specific area, Xinji City in Hebei Province, the competition of the three operators in mainland of China is analyzed first,the development status of mobile communications market is studied then, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis are conducted from several aspects, and the forecasts to the competition in the mobile communication market in 2010 are made finally. On this basis,the business development and marketing management in this area in 2010 are proposed.Through the application of marketing theory, a specific response to the current environment is made and marketing programs and promotional measures are designed. |
