Research On Green Development Of County Economy In Gansu

County rule,the world is safe.As an important level in China's administrative divisions,the county's population accounts for more than 70% of China's total population.The full development of the county economy is of great significance to improving the good life of the broad masses of the people.Green development,as a new era development concept,emphasizes the rational use of resources and energy.It is an inevitable choice for the construction of a high-quality modern economic system,and it is the fundamental policy for preventing and controlling environmental pollution.Therefore,studying the green development of the county economy is an important aspect of advancing the 13 th Five-Year Ecological Civilization and is an important starting point for improving the well-being of the people.Gansu Province is located at the intersection of the three major plateaus and the three major natural areas,and the geographical differentiation characteristics of each area are significant.As an important target for the implementation of the country's regional coordinated development strategy,Gansu Province has made many explorations in the process of advancing the construction of ecological civilization and implementing the concept of green development and has formed a diversified development model.There are problems such as poor ecological foundation for green development,weak economic support,and inconspicuous industrial advantages.The green development of the county economy is an important part of the green development of Gansu Province.The green development of Gansu's economy cannot be separated from the green development of the county economy.Based on this,the paper takes 68 counties(districts)of Gansu Province as the research object,and analyzes the status quo of county-level economy green development by using 2016 indicators data of all counties(districts)of Gansu Province,from economic growth and economic structure,social structure,environmental quality,ecological conditions,green policy and green planning six aspects to build county economy green development evaluation index system,through the entropy method to determine the weight of indicators at all levels,and measuring the green development level of 68 counties(districts)in Gansu Province;Next,use Arc-GIS 10.5 to map the results of green development level and intuitively reflect the spatial differentiation of green development ofeach county(area);then,select the green development of typical counties with better evaluation results summarizes four green development models;Finally,relevant policy recommendations were put forward from six aspects in order to provide reference for Gansu Province to develop county economy according to local conditions.
