Research On The Empirical Analysis And Countermeasure Of County Economy's Green Competitiveness In Hubei Province

With the rapid development of the economy,the continuous progress of social civilization,and the impact of shortage of global resources and deterioration of the ecological environment,the green development now has become the trend of world economic development.At the same time,it also constitutes an important part of China's new development concept,accelerating the construction of an ecological civilization system,and building a beautiful China.Finally,the realization of the harmonious symbiosis between man and nature have gradually formed a social consensus.The county economy is an important component of the national economy,a major support for regional development,and an important unit of ecological civilization construction and green development.Through the exploration of the green competitiveness of the county economy,we will comprehensively evaluate the development level of Hubei's county green economy competitiveness,and finally provide targeted policy recommendations based on the development situation.It is of practical significance to increase the green competitiveness of county economies,explore the green development of county economies that suit the construction of ecological civilization,accelerate the economic and social transformation of counties,and promote the sustainable development of regional economy,society,and ecology.Based on the theoretical review,this article first studied the connotations of county economy,regional economic competitiveness theory,green development theory,and ecological civilization construction theory.Based on this,the definition of green competitiveness of county economy is given,and the evaluation index system of the comparatively authoritative regional green competitiveness is briefly introduced.In addition,the potential factors that shape the green competitiveness of the county economy,namely growth quality,resource utilization,environmental governance and ecological protection,are derived through analysis.Constructing an evaluation index system for the green competitiveness of the county economy.At the same time,through factor analysis,cluster analysis,and comparative analysis methods,we can understand the overall and local conditions of the green competitiveness of the county economy in Hubei,and find out the actual gap between them and the predecessors of the green development level.It also elaborates on the basic principles of improving the green competitiveness of county economies in Hubei,and then puts forward specific countermeasures for the green development of different types of county economies in Hubei,with a view to providing scientific and rational theoretical and practical basis for improving the green competitiveness of county economies in Hubei.This article is mainly divided into the following five chapters.The first chapter: It mainly elaborates the research status of county economy,green development and green competitiveness at home and abroad,and explains the theoretical and practical significance of the research.The second chapter: It mainly explores the theoretical basis and connotation of the green competitiveness of the county economy,defining the green competitiveness of the county economy,and briefly introducing the existing authoritative regional green competitiveness evaluation index system.The third chapter: Briefly introducing the development status of the county economy in Hubei,exploring the favorable conditions and constraints for the green development of the county economy.The forth chapter: According to the theoretical connotation of the green competitiveness of the county economy,and the idea and principle of the index selection,the index system was established,and the methods of index weighting and the application ideas of the model were determined.Through empirical analysis,the green competitiveness of county economies in Hubei was quantified.After cluster analysis and comparative analysis,the main reasons for the weak green competitiveness of Hubei counties were obtained.The fifth chapter: Giving the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the green economic competitiveness of Hubei counties.
