Legal Risk Management Of JZ Group Under The Background Of Military And Civilian Integration

JZ group is one of the 156 projects devoted to construction in China during the period of "15".In 1995,the company was reformed as a limited liability company,and in 1999 it was standardized as a state owned company.Since the founding of the company,after 60 years of development,from a single military factory,the development of a large high-tech enterprise group.The development path of the JZ group for 60 years is a road of innovation and development and a road of integration between the military and the people.This paper takes the enterprise technology and industry for national defense,a large state-owned enterprises-JZ group in the national military and civilian integration of enterprise legal risk management strategy to promote the implementation of the background as the research object,mainly from the enterprise risk management theory,enterprise legal risk management theory,risk management practice,the law of domestic JZ group legal risk management status and other aspects by using the method of theoretical research and Empirical Analysis on the JZ group in the interpretation of civil military integration under the background of legal risk management.This paper first introduced the enterprise risk management theory,enterprise legal risk management theory,to clarify the legal concept of risk management,legal risk management of enterprises and the basic elements of the work content,on the basis of theoretical research and practice of legal risk management at home and abroad were introduced.Secondly,according to the legal risk management of JZ group were analyzed by empirical research,analysis of the existing legal disputes,combing the existing legal risk identification/evaluation/analysis for the JZ group,the existing legal risk management status and problems,put forward design scheme of legal risk management of JZ group,and the implementation of security measures.This paper conducted a preliminary study and Exploration on the integration of military and civilian implementation of the strategy of JZ under the background of group legal risk management,in the hope that through the study of legal risk management of the case enterprise,reduce business risk,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and provide a useful reference for the enterprise.
