Study On The Quality Strategy Of Tibetan Medicine Industry In Qinghai Province From The Perspective Of Supply-side Structural Reform

The Tibetan medicine industry is a characteristic industry in Qinghai Province,but problems of poor drug quality have occurred repeatedly,which has seriously affected the further development of the industry.With the implementation of Supply-side Structural Reform,the improvement of supply quality enhance the competitiveness of the entire industry.The Tibetan medicine industry in Qinghai needs to select and implement scientific quality strategies to improve supply quality in order to solve industrial problems and enhance competitiveness.Firstly,the paper consults the existing literature and theory,starts from the supply side to construct the value chain system of the Tibetan medicine industry in Qinghai,analyzes the problems in the supply,production and marketing of the industry,and proposes that the new meaning of the quality strategy lies in improving the quality of supply;Secondly,the paper starts from the demand side,through the analysis of consumer demand factors,the industry should improve the supply quality from the aspects of media information,enterprise products,and sales strategies to formulate quality strategies;Thirdly,the paper constructs the PEST model from the external environment of the industry,obtains the result of the most appropriate type of strategy for the Tibetan medicine industry in Qinghai,and establishes a QSPM and construct a strategic selection framework for companies in Qinghai Province;and finally,promotes quality strategies of Qinghai Tibetan medicine industry from the perspectives of the supply side,demand side,and external environment.
