The Efficiency Assessment Of Utilization In Industrial Land In China Based On Four Stage DEA-bootstrap Method

Since the new century,Chinese urbanization and industrialization made a great achivement.As one of the most important input elements,various regions accelerate the investment industrial land.However,how to assess the efficiency of utilization in industrial land,what is the result of assessment,how the fiscal mechanism and other factors affect the efficency,how the policy works are important questions.As a result,this paper is meaningful in theory and fact.This paper introduce some concepts about industrial land firstly,then describe the current situation and existing problem in industrial land.On the basis of first part,this paper use the four stage DEA-bootstrap method to assess the industrial land efficiency in prefecture-level city in China.Then we get the result of efficiency and the factor which impact the efficiency.After that,aiming at different region’s character,this paper constuct various production frontiers by region.Based on the production frontiers we get,this paper gain the result of effciency and find some factors which impact the efficiency by region.At last,this paper assess the policy about industrial land in 2012.By using cluster analysis method,this paper find the benchmark city about policy implementation.This paper also give some policy suggestion in the end.
