The sky background radiation originates from solar radiation that scattered by atmospheric molecules and aerosol particles in atmosphere.A spatial luminance distribution has been formed in this progress.The sky background radiation has great value in the applications of atmospheric research,daytime astronomical observation,laser communication,ground-based spatial target detection and passive ranging.In order to acquire the spectrum of sky background radiation,an integrated spectral sky background radiometer has been developed based on fiber optical spectrometer.A theoretical model of sky background radiation measurement was presented,with introduction to relevant background of fiber optical spectrometers and software development.Then the composition of mechanical and optical modules that related to device control logic were also presented.On the basis of analyzing the actual requirement of spectral measuring and improvement for this series of sky background radiometer,the communication connection mode of key modules such as spectrometer,single chip micyoco(SCM)and industrial personal computer(IPC)were determined,then a hierarchical structure of control logic was designed,which divided the task of control program development into two,SCM control logic design and IPC software development.In order to simplify the programming of SCM,eight function modules that could operate separately were encapsulated in an abstract manner,which indeed simplify top-level logic of SCM program.IPC software development was carried out using object-oriented programming technique.The communication interface control class and function logic class were abstracted.The thread-suspended method was implemented to coordinate the action flow between IPC software and SCM,which made it possible to centralize the codes for same action.Then it was only necessary to write corresponding codes in sequence according to the action sequence to achieve behavior control of device.The implementation process of key behavior function module such as motor control was introduced in details.The functional test of the spectral sky background radiometer in field were carried out,and acquired spectral data were analyzed by compared with the result of former researches.It was confirmed that both the data acquired in fixed-point measurement mode and all-sky scan measurement fitted the law indicated by former researches,which verified the validity of this integrated spectral sky background radiometer.
