Research On The Influencing Factors Of Regional Haze In China Based On Spatial Econometrics

In the 21 st century,with the rapid development of the economy,smog pollution has shown the characteristics of rapid spread,wide involving and difficulty in controlling pollution.It not only threatens the physical and mental health of human beings,reduces the visibility of air and affects the way of daily transportation,but also causes great losses to the national economy."Breathe together,share fate" has become a high calling for improved air quality in the face of worsened haze pollution.Therefore,it is necessary to probe deeply into the formation mechanism of haze pollution by economics and put forward effective countermeasures to control haze.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant economic theoretical basis of haze and discusses the economic structural inducing mechanism of smog pollution from industrial structure,energy structure,urbanization and transportation structure.Secondly,the present situation of haze pollution in the east,middle and west regions of China is analyzed and the spatial correlation of haze pollution is tested.Finally,based on the data of provincial PM2.5concentration and industrial exhaust emissions from 2000 to 2015,taking the temporal and spatial factors into account,the generalized moment estimation method of dynamic spatial lag model is choosed to study the influencing factors of haze pollution.The results show that there are spatial leakage effect and time lag effect in haze pollution,and the characteristics of spatial concentration are obvious.The effect of economic structural factors on haze pollution is significant.Besides the obvious inhibition effect of urbanization on haze,the distortion of industrial structure,energy structure and transportation structure all play a "contribution" role to haze air pollution.There is spatial heterogeneity in influencing factors of haze pollution in different regions.Therefore,effective policy recommendations are put forward.Perfect the mechanism of regional cooperation and coordination in order to realize the joint prevention and control of haze pollution among regions.Adjust and transform the social and economic structure,and effectively combine the source control with end-of-pipe treatment.Combined with the agglomeration of regional haze pollution,different environmental regulations should be implemented in accordance with local conditions,to get the way of thoroughly controlling haze and reducing haze,and achieve the green ecological goal of regional development.
