Study On The Evaluation And Path Selection Of Green Development Transformation Of Resource-based Cities In Shaanxi Province

Resource-based cities in Shanxi Province has rich mineral resources such as coal,natural gas,has long been dependent on urban development of resources industry,inhibits the development of other resources industry,caused irreparable damage to the ecological environment.In recent years,the state advocates green development,Shanxi Province carries out the concept of green development,has obtained certain results,but under the situation of resources and environment capacity tightening,The development of resource-based cities in shaanxi province is confronted with such outstanding problems as resource depletion,industrial structure imbalance and environmental pollution,and the transformation of the green development of resource-oriented cities in shaanxi province is still a long way off.Based on the relevant theories,this paper studies the transformation of green development in resource-based cities in Shaanxi province.By constructing the evaluation index system,using grey entropy evaluation model to evaluate the transformation effect of green development in Shaanxi resource-based cities.The results showed that the comprehensive index of 2011-2015 years average score from high to low are: Baoji City,Yulin City,Weinan City,Tongchuan City,Yanan City,Xianyang City,Baoji City,the highest score is0.639,the lowest score of Xianyang city is 0.581,the gap is 0.058,obvious regional differences,imbalance of regional development.From the perspective of different types of resource-oriented cities,the green development transition of the recession type city is not good,and the state of resource and environment is on the verge of collapse.n the mature cities,the overall transformation effect is good,but the latter is insufficient,and the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading needs to be accelerated.The transformation effect of green development of growth city is generally,the environment pollution is serious,it is difficult to realize the city green development.On the basis of comprehensive evaluation,this paper further analyzes the problems and constraints faced by the transformation of green development in different types of resource-oriented cities in shaanxi province,and proposes different transformation paths accordingly.In particular,growth resource-based cities should focus on upgrading the traditional industries,extending the industrial chain and increasing the added value of products.The mature resource-based cities will develop new energy vehicles,high-end manufacturing industries and other emerging industries on the basis of improving urban function construction.In the case of recessionary resource cities,it is necessary to find new resource advantages,completely change the dependence of cities on original resources,and promote the green development of urban economy through the development of eco-tourism.
