Research On The Transformation And Developnent Of County-level Resource-based City Under The Back Ground Of New And Oid Kinctic Energy Conversion

Resource-based cities for the initial rapid economic development of our country made an indelible contribution,for now,however,most of the resource-based city is or is about to encounter until exhausted by lack of resources crisis,a decline in economic growth,how to reverse the situation,realize the sustainable development of resource-based cities,is important for the contemporary economic development of our country.At present,China’s economy has gradually entered the stage of high-quality development from high-speed growth.It has become the only way for urban development to develop the economy by replacing old growth drivers with new ones.We should seek new growth drivers through innovation and solve the problems that have not been solved in urban development in the past,so that the urban economy can regain its strength and plan for long-term development.In the new normal and structural reform background,severe supply side need to speed up the process of economic transformation and upgrading of resources city,addressing the challenges facing most of the resource-based city’s economic development and crisis,to avoid resource depletion,unreasonable industrial structure,urban ecological environment deterioration problems lead to the stagnation of the city’s economic development.In recent years,China has introduced various preferential policies to promote and support the transformation of resource-based cities.Most resource-based cities have been exploring the path of transformation and development,and some have achieved successful transformation.However,due to the differences between different cities in regional resources,industrial structure,geographical environment,policy environment and other aspects,the progress of urban transformation is different.In this article,through analyzing the present situation and the related literature of the transformation of resources city,found that the old and new kinetic energy transformation and the concept of resource-based city transformation corresponds,so based on the old and the new kinetic energy conversion as the research background,literature analysis,comparative study method,questionnaire method,analyses the problems existing in the transformation of resource-based cities at the county level,andput forward countermeasures and Suggestions combined with old and new kinetic energy conversion.It is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,including the background and significance of the topic,literature review,etc.The second part is the definition of concept and theoretical basis;The third part mainly introduces the transformation and development history of resource-based cities and the challenges in the upgrading process,and extracts the unique problems faced by the transformation and development of resource-based cities at the county level.The fourth part describes and analyzes the transformation status of X city,the county-level resource-based city where the author works,and points out the practical problems in the process of urban transformation through field investigation and questionnaire.The fifth part analyzes the typical transformation cases of Yunnan Huaping,Hebei Qian ’an and Shanxi Xiaoyi,and summarizes the merits of the transformation and development of county-level resource-based cities.The sixth part,based on the above research,puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for the transformation and development of county-level resource-based cities.
