Evolution Game Theory Analysis Of The Regulatory Mechanism In The Quality And Safety Of Agricultural Products With Multi-agent Participation

In the advent of the economy's exponential growth,an average person's quality of living has greatly improved,people's demand transformed from quantitative into qualitative due to lifestyle alterations.The quality and safety of agricultural products influences the population's health,livelihood,societal economy,and is an important factor in agricultural development.It is among the focal subjects in the today's society.Due to the perishable characteristic of agricultural products,the government,retail markets,agricultural product processing enterprises,as well as professional farmer cooperatives and consumers are involved in its safety and quality regulation.On the other hand,issues concerning relatively low work efficiency and high capitalisation has lead to difficulties in supervision jobs.Therefore,factors on evolution tendencies and behavioural influences are vital to the strategy implemented in evolution game theory based multi-agent participation analysis.By researching on other works related to evolution game theory based multi-agent analysis,this paper is published in line with the commitment on uplifting the quality and safety of China's agricultural products.Firstly,this paper establishes the pure and mixed strategy game theory modes between the government's regulatory agencies and frozen agricultural product enterprise,it also analyses the Nash equilibrium of both strategies including dominant strategy.Having probed through the game theory's mechanisms and their respective optimal strategy selections,influences on government's strict and loose regulations have been discovered,the frozen agricultural product enterprise has provided key factors in high and low-quality products.Moreover,the countermeasures of the government and the enterprises in increasing the quality and safety of the frozen agricultural products are presented.Furthermore,this paper introduces the consumer stimulation mechanisms,establishing evolution game modes of behavioural factors between the government regulatory agency and agricultural product along with processing enterprises.With the implementation of system dynamics evolution path diagram,the strategical selection on evolution tendencies between the two were analysed.In addition,the influence of parametric variation on two behavioural agents' evolution strategy addressed the stability of equilibrium of different evolution game theories.Methods and countermeasures on agricultural quality and safety were enhanced through consumer stimulation.This paper has agriculture-market joint perspective,it introduces the sanction and stimulation mechanisms by the government,establishing the evolution game theory modes between the behavioural agents of professional farmer cooperatives and retail market.The implementation of systems dynamic evolution path diagram analyses the strategically selected evolution tendencies and parametric changes among the two subjects and the effects on two behavioural agents' evolution strategy,this addresses the issues on different stabilities of equilibrium.Also,it introduces measures in maintaining the collaboration of professional farmer cooperatives and the retail market.The data in this paper is based upon the limited understanding as well as information from asymmetrical conditions,it introduces constraint mechanism,which constructs the mode of evolution game theory between government regulatory agencies,agricultural processing enterprise and third party testing organisations,analysed three behavioural evolution process,probed onto different strategic selections and mutual influences among different agents,as well as the influence of parametric evolution in the strategic selection of each agent,thus having solved the evolution stability equilibrium of the strategic selection of each agent.Furthermore,the results of the evolution game theory and simulation analysis emphasises on the proposed solution regarding the enhancement on the quality and safety of agricultural products to positively alter the its current state,and maintain stable market sequencing.Lastly,the results of this research are based on the analyses of the evolution game theory,considerations on multi-agent participation,and the game mechanism of multi-faceted beneficiaries in the agricultural supply point of view.The content is aimed to propose methods and countermeasures for enhancing the quality and safety of agricultural products,attenuating conflicts and enriching both aspects during regulation.
