Research On Food Quality Supervision Mechanism Of Multiplayer Participation Based On Evolutionary Game

Food quality related to people's health,social stability,and economic development,has been one of the hot issues of widespread concern in the community.With the rapid development of the economy,people's living standards have been increasing,and attention to food safety has become higher and higher.The severe food safety situation has caused the Party Central Committee and the State Council to attach great importance to food safety and quality issues,and has upgraded food safety to the height of national strategy.However,food production enterprises have insufficient quality investment,government supervisors have lack of quality supervision,third-party testing institutions have rent-seeking behaviors,consumers have invalid complaints and other issues.Therefore,based on the evolutionary game model,this paper studies the game relationship between multiple participating subjects from the perspective of improving China's food quality and its regulatory status.Firstly,this paper introduces the social evaluation mechanism into the game model,emphasizes the importance of social evaluation in the performance appraisal of government departments and the development prospects of food production enterprises,constructs the game model between government supervisors and food production enterprises,analyzes the mechanism of strategy choice between them,solves the pure strategy Nash equilibrium and dominant strategy Nash Equilibrium and mixed strategy Nash equilibrium.Secondly,comprehensive consideration of food production enterprises,government supervisors,and third-party testing institutions involved in the quality testing and supervision process before the circulation of food products,this paper constructs tripartite evolution game model between food production enterprises,third party testing institutions and government regulators,analyzes the interaction mechanism between the strategies of different subjects and the evolution trend of each subject strategy selection under different parameter changes.The results show that the sensitivity of each subject to consumer feedback(i.e.the perception of the value of consumer feedback),as well as the cost of detection and supervision are important factors affecting their decision-making behaviors.Thirdly,considering that consumers become effective stakeholders in food quality,they should be studied as a subject.In the new media environment,each group can use the new media platform to provide real-time feedback on food quality.This paper discusses the behavioral strategies of government supervisors,food production enterprises and consumers in the new media.By constructing a tripartite evolutionary game model,this paper analyzes the stability strategy combination among game subjects.The study indicates that: whether the objective or accurate of the media coverage has an important influence on the evolving trend of the strategy selection by game subjects.The more rational new media environment,and the more positive incentive role towards food quality supervision.The evolutionary trend of the strategy selection by game subjects also depends on their sensitivity to the media coverage,the higher the sensitivity,the more inclined to do strict supervision or produce high-quality food.The supervision cost of the government and the amount of penalties imposed on the enterprises are also important factors that influence the strategy selection of the game subjects.Fourthly,we use Matlab 7.0 to simulate the influence mechanism of above social evaluation mechanism,consumer feedback mechanism,government reward and punishment mechanism and the new media environment on each subject's strategy selection,make the analysis more visual.Finally,we get the results of the above three game analysis and simulation analysis together,and summarize the main reasons for the problems in food quality supervision,and suggestions for the behavioral strategy selection of government supervisors,the third-party testing institutions,food production enterprises and consumers are proposed.The countermeasures and suggestions for how to improve the quality of food to achieve a win-win situation have enriched the content of food quality supervision.
