Under the background of global warming,water resources can be reduced continuously,and the demand for agricultural water resources is increasing.This increases the risk of agricultural drought.At the same time,the agricultural system itself is extremely complex,and the response to drought is very strong.Fuxin's grain production ranks first in Liaoning province.It is an important grain production base in Liaoning province.The agricultural drought in Fuxin is mainly influenced by landform and geomorphic factors and wind sand climate factors,and also affected by rainfall and environmental factors.Drought disasters often occur in the spring season,with an average occurrence of more than 7 times in ten years.The agricultural drought in Fuxin is a great threat to the production and life of the local farmers.In the long struggle with agricultural drought,it is slowly found that drought is not completely avoided,and what we can do is to predict and assess the losses caused by drought to a minimum.Agricultural drought risk assessment includes agricultural drought vulnerability assessment and disaster mechanism analysis.In this paper,the risk of agricultural drought in Fuxin is evaluated.By reviewing the historical data of Fuxin city for many years,the characteristics of agricultural drought in Fuxin are summarized and the relevant documents are combined with the specific conditions of Fuxin City,and the agricultural drought disaster in Fuxin is made from the environment of the disaster of pregnancy in Fuxin and the cause of the cause of drought in Fuxin.The disaster mechanism was analyzed,and the vulnerability of agricultural drought in Fuxin was evaluated.The evaluation content mainly included the regional evaluation of 7 agricultural counties in Fuxin and the comprehensive evaluation of the vulnerability of agricultural drought in Fuxin by fuzzy evaluation method.The evaluation results were summarized and the countermeasures were put forward.The strategy of agricultural drought in the new city.
