Registration and certification of rural land contractual management rights is the important basic work to improve the basic rural management system,protect farmers' land rights and interests,promote the development of modern agriculture and improve the rural governance system.Moreover,the integration of the registration data of rural land contracting and management rights is the quality inspection,integrated management and standardization of the results of the confirmation.It lays a foundation for the future rural land circulation,separate rural ownership rights,contract rights,and management rights and the reform of land system.The results data of registration and certification for rural land contractual management rights is large,the ownership from four to four logical relations is complex,and the requirements of legal and true consistency are strict.To meet the characteristics and needs of the agricultural economy rights counterpoising truly concurrent database construction,and can efficiently,accurately and quickly to complete the construction of the database,this thesis designs a set of quality inspection and database standardization such as the integration of agricultural economy rights counterpoising truly concurrent data and quality inspection system of building warehouse.In addition,the system based on Arc Objects platform,using C# language has been carried on the development and implementation.The key and difficult problems such as data authenticity in the process of our library,large amount of data and efficient retrieval are explored and studied.The main work and achievements of this article are as follows:(1)Put forward the boundary line slope method which combines absolute position and relative position to identify the four points of the parcel and the authenticity check is realized.There are no more perfect methods to identify the four to four faults of rural land because of many reasons.There is a high requirement for the shape and terrain complexity of the existing four to four to be recognized,and the high precision of the boundary line slope method is proposed in this paper.We completed the recognition and extraction of the four points of the parcel,and realized the authenticity check of the four rounds.(2)The coordinate precision constraint and sorting index method instead of spatial analysis algorithm for agricultural data extraction rights.The conversion process from the right intermediate data to the standard converging format requires the use of spatial query to carry out data extraction.The amount of the right data is large,and the traditional spatial query method does not meet the requirements of the efficiency.In this thesis,based on the topological characteristics of the confirmed data,this thesis decomposes the complex spatial demand problem,and establishes a special "space logo" which conforms to the spatial query.Using the tolerance characteristics of the spatial data,the sorting index is added to avoid all space operations,and the fast extraction of spatial correlation data is realized.(3)The Rural Land Contractual Management Right data integration and quality inspection system has been developed.According to the request of the ministry of agriculture on the method of transferring the results of the registration database of the right of agricultural economy,a system based on the Arc Objects platform,using the function of the quality inspection of the C# language and the conversion function of the format,is established,and it has been applied in the practical work of Tong Shan District.
