Data Collection And Security Inspection System Based On Mobile GIS Technology

Yunnan is a mountainous and less plain areas.In order to fully protect the cultivated land of dam,Yunnan provincial government launched the new policy of "Mountain Towns" and "Mountain Industries",the policy not only speed up the urban construction,and can better protect arable land resources.Now,the construction of mountain towns have been implemented in a number of areas in Yunnan,and these projects have achieved remarkable achievement.But in the process of the mountain towns construction,with the development of mountain towns construction and the expanding scope of construction area,we need to get a lot of real-time data to provide data support for the smooth development of the project.However,the traditional data collection methods often take advantage of Total Station etc.tools for on-site measurements,the methods need the heavy field workload and a lot of manpower and resources,require a higher professional level for field staff,additionally,the data real-time is poor.Therefore,how to get real-time data of mountain towns easily and quickly is very important for the further construction of mountain towns.The paper combined the Android mobile and mobile GIS technology,applied to digital acquisition and security inspection work in Haidong,in order to access the realtime data of Haidong quickly and easily,and provide data support for the smooth development of Haidong.The paper reviews and analyzes the workflows of “Data Collection and Safety Inspection System”,and according to the system workflow to design the system demand analysis,technical route and architecture,and realized system finally.The system has the following features:(1)Real-time data acquisition.The feature takes advantage of GPS technology ready for the real-time data acquisition of Haidong mountain towns,such as data of land type,construction conditions and image data,etc..With the feature,we can detailed understanding the construction of mountain towns quickly and easily.(2)Real-time data storage.Using the mobile communications technology and HTTP communication protocol,transmit the real-time data to the server and server receive the data,then store the real-time data to the database.(3)Analysis urban construction.Analyze the various data of Haidong,such as statistics the area of land type,construction area etc.,in order to understand the total result of mountain towns construction.
