Research On Quality Inspection Of Downsizing Of Land And Resources Survey Data

Land and resources survey data is a kind of basic data that can be comprehensive and truly reflect the land use status and land resources in my country.According to different needs and application scenarios,the integration of large-scale land use data has become an important task.Nowadays,GIS system and digital map reduction system have been greatly developed,but most of them only involve how to set parameters to complete the automatic downsizing of digital maps,but lack the part about quality inspection.For a real automatic downsizing system,there should be at least two functions: one is to achieve data downsizing between different scales of spatial data;the other is to perform quality inspection on transformed spatial data,both of which are indispensable.If there is no quality inspection system,the downsizing process will not be restricted,and the quality of the downsizing results will not be known.Therefore,this article conducts quality inspection research on the result data after the downsizing of the land and resources survey data,taking the Third National Land Survey downsizing data as an example,formulating the quality inspection content and methods of the downsizing result data,and carrying out the overall design of the system and detailed design of each module function.The main research contents are as follows:1.Summarize the current situation of spatial data quality inspection and map downsizing results quality inspection at home and abroad,and point out the main problems still existing in the quality inspection of land and resources survey data reduction results.According to the existing problems,put forward the research ideas,technical route and structure of this article.2.Combining the characteristics,downsizing methods and content of land and resources survey data,and referring to some national standards and industry norms,such as the implementation plan of Third National Land Survey and data standard library,etc.,summarize the content and process of quality inspection of the results of reduction of land and resources survey data,and formulate relevant quality inspection rules and methods.Finally,according to the national standards and the experimental results of this article,the quality inspection reference range will be obtained,and draw the quality inspection scoring evaluation table of the downsizing results.3.Design and implement a quality inspection system for the results of the downsizing of land and resources survey data.Based on the summarized quality inspection content and methods,implement plug-in implementation and experimental verification.Take the Third National Land Survey original data and downsizing results data of Wu'an County,Handan City,Hebei Province as the verification area,according to the reference range of quality inspection obtained from the national standard and the experimental results in this paper,draw Wu'an County's downsizing results quality inspection evaluation scoring table.
