Theoretical Research On "Tacit Knowledge" Of Polanyi

As a Scientist and philosopher,Michael Polanyi put forward the conception of “tacit knowledge” theory for the first time.The thesis studies his thought and systematically discusses its main content,theoretical source,and practical significance.The thesis points out to Polanyi,tacit knowing differs from irrational knowledge and mysterious experience for it has characteristics as internality,individuality,and ineffability etc.Polanyi described the special dynamic structure of tacit knowing for all knowing is either tacit,or rooted in tacit knowing.The thought of knowing plays an important role in Polanyi's philosophical thought for it is the start point of his thought of science philosophy and the core of his epistemology.Polanyi's "Personnel Knowledge" is a book that precisely give us "the cultural management" pattern for the management science theory a supplement explanation.It is inferred to the content about knowledge management.Then we primarily focus on “tacit knowledge explicating question” instead of the tacit ones including the difference between the tacit knowledge and the explicated,the possibility for the tacit knowledge explicating,the shift ways and the influence factors.And by this process,we pay attention to the postmodern nature of the tacit knowledge.
