Tacit knowledge sharing is important mean and power of innovation andkeeping core competence. As going into the age of knowledge economy, knowledgemanagement is becoming a key focus of researching. Realization of tacit knowledgesharing makes a significant contribution to enhancing knowledge management andpractice.The paper begins with the debate of tacit knowledge, summarized two types oftacit knowledge: knowledge has not yet been formalized, and can not be formalized,pointed out the reasons: current technical method can not formalize tacit knowledgebecause of not yet created; characters of tacit knowledge. Basing on recalling thePolanyi tacit knowledge, introducing"the shape of actions", proposed a way tounderstand tacit knowledge, argued that tacit knowledge resides"in the head"ofpeople, embodied by the behavior in specific situation, essential attributes includeembodiment, contextualization, practice process. On this basis, then analyzed tacitknowledge sharing on Toyota motor production line, exposed mechanism of tacitknowledge sharing, proposed its essence is the action process of intersubjectivity,and"human to human"is general mode of tacit knowledge sharing. Subjectiveabilities, subjective willingness, interaction mode and sharing situation areindispensable factors for tacit knowledge sharing. Then constructed four requisitesystems for tacit knowledge sharing: capabilities system is fundamental force;communication system is the mode of subjective interaction and tacit knowledgeflowing; motivational system supplies external force for tacit knowledge sharing;situational system is an underlying platform, servicing and supporting tacitknowledge sharing. Only by interacting of these systems, realize tacit knowledgesharing.The paper has a researching inclination: only taking back to the thing itself, it is a rational path that taking back to the special situation to grasp tacit knowledge.Tacit knowledge sharing tacit knowledge sharing is an action process ofintersubjectivity, is not"decontextualization", This paper may supply considerationand reference for exploration of understanding tacit knowledge, also gives aresearching path; it is also a theoretical basis for the practice of tacit knowledgesharing. |
