With the global expansion of human production activities,production groups need to grasp the real-time location of their mobile devices and personnel in order to improve the operation level of the group and the ability of analysis and decision-making.This system is based on the needs of large shipping companies and military groups.After investigating the current situation of information infrastructure in the industry,a location collection and trajectory display system based on off-line GIS is customized and developed.The whole system is based on off-line geographic information system(GIS)and loads many terminal information data.It can real-time view and analyze the location distribution of group mobile assets and affiliated personnel.It provides visual information service and more intuitive analysis and decision-making basis for group operation management and decision-making.The system is deployed on the group operation network,involving three parts of entities:Android terminal,server and client.The corresponding deployment system is called Android terminal subsystem,server terminal subsystem and client terminal subsystem,and achieves seven main functions.First,the Android terminal subsystem is responsible for collecting and reporting location information.The main functions include the Android terminal location information collection function and location information reporting function.Second,the server terminal subsystem is responsible for collecting and managing all location data submitted by many terminals and providing services to the client,including user management,device management and data maintenance.The terminal subsystem realizes the function of off-line GIS system construction and target trajectory description,and provides the auxiliary function of moving target trajectory analysis,including two functions of off-line GIS based trajectory description and analysis assistance.At the level of system design and code implementation,according to the different characteristics of the three subsystems,the unused design method is adopted.One is the Android terminal subsystem.The system design adopts MVC framework mode.The bottom layer is based on Android SDK for mobile terminal development,and uses JAVA language for code implementation.The second is the server-side subsystem.This paper uses WAMP framework as the basic framework to provide system management and data access services in the form of WEB services.Thirdly,the client subsystem is designed with MVC framework mode.This paper takes Windows.NET framework as the basic framework,makes full use of DevExpress control resources,and uses C#language for code implementation.In this paper,a low-cost,lightweight system design scheme is proposed based on the existing information level of the client,and a complete set of development and implementation of the location collection and trajectory display system based on off-line GIS is completed.The system is successfully deployed in the client operation network and put into use.The design and implementation of this system effectively improves the monitoring level of the mobile assets and the geographical location of the subordinates of the clients.It also provides an intuitive basis for decision-makers to analyze and make decisions.It has strong practical significance and popularization significance.
