In recent years,ultrasonic technology has been applied in many aspects of industrial field,and has a broad development space in scale removal,cleaning,catalysis and so on.In the aspect of scale removal by ultrasonic wave,the cavitation effect produced by ultrasonic wave in liquid is utilized.When the cavitation effect of ultrasound occurs in liquid,the stain can be cleaned.The energy of the location with stronger sound intensity is larger,and the effect of stain peeling is stronger.Therefore,in practical application,it is necessary to determine the distribution of sound intensity field in the cleaning tank and place the device according to the distribution of sound intensity,so as to achieve high efficiency of the cleaning effect of the device.In view of the fact that most of the existing sound intensity measurement points are measured by hand,and there is no good method to reconstruct the sound intensity field interpolation,this paper carries out the following corresponding research:(1)In order to measure the sound intensity of the distribution points and other more information efficiently and accurately,a set of three-dimensional walking mechanism is built in this paper.The motion of the walking mechanism is driven by a stepping motor.The motor driver is THB7128 and the main control chip is K60.The software of the lower computer is developed,which realizes the function of manual fine-tuning and precise positioning.At the same time,the software of the upper computer is developed to realize the function of setting the walking path of the mechanism and automatic walking.(2)After the data measured by the walking mechanism and the ultrasonic tool head are used,the three-dimensional reconstruction algorithm is used to reconstruct the data.In this paper,the inverse distance weighted interpolation method is used to reconstruct the measured sound intensity data,and the method is compared with the commonly used sinusoidal interpolation method.(3)Finally,a radial basis function interpolation algorithm based on genetic algorithm is proposed to reconstruct the three-dimensional sound intensity field.There are three basic factors in genetic algorithm:selection,crossover and mutation.There are many kinds of radial basis functions to choose from.The inverse MQ function is used in this design.By comparing the methods of sinusoidal interpolation applied to sound intensity reconstruction,the reconstructed graphics,the variance of interpolation and real value and the reconstructed time are analyzed.It is found that the scheme of radial basis function interpolation algorithm based on genetic algorithm is easier to judge,and the variance is the smallest,the image is closer to the actual sound intensity distribution,and the performance is the best.
