Scientific inquiry is an effective way to understand the life world,an effective way to learn biology,the core task of curriculum reform,and an important part of the core accomplishment of biology discipline.The new round of curriculum reform clearly points to the most important issue of students’ learning style,and takes improving the subject core quality of middle school students as one of the important tasks to measure the basic education training goals.The development of educational reform cannot be separated from teachers and educators.At this stage the cultivation of the teachers and education workers are heavily dependent on higher normal colleges and universities to complete the work,the teacher in the classroom teaching result and students’ training quality is closely related to inherent in teachers’ teaching quality,that is,to the cultivation of the students in normal colleges system standard is directly related to the future teachers’ qualities and skills of high and low.According to the current requirements of discipline development,the investigation and research on the current situation of scientific inquiry literacy of middle school students and biological normal university students is of important theoretical value and practical guidance to further promote the comprehensive development of inquiry innovation of biological normal university students.This study uses the self-made questionnaire,interview to first-line teachers,access to study material,improve the dimension of the questionnaire,mainly from the science tries to explore the cognitive,thinking,exploring ability,and to explore the emotions,exploratory behavior,etc,in order to obtain first-hand information institute should be in,in hanzhong area as an example of a line of middle school teachers,high school students,shaanxi polytechnic students engineering college students,the questionnaire survey to the valid questionnaires through to Excel data entry,with the aid of statistical professional data analysis,data analysis software SPSS21.0 catalogued,in order to find and get research results,on the basis of the analysis of the results,This paper puts forward Suggestions for local normal university students to develop training programs to improve scientific inquiry quality,and designs corresponding teaching design for middle school students,and carries out some teaching practice verification.The results show that:(1)status quo of middle school students: 87.98% students’ scientific inquiry literacy is generally at the medium level,while the number of students whose scores are above 120 points,namely the students with high scientific inquiry literacy level,only accounts for 4.14% of the total.Gender,personality,in school period,academic performance,to explore the intention,thought,research method,to explore the attitudes,interested in biological level,the working nature of parents,teachers,class infiltration of biological science,school of biological source activity factors such as the number of extremely significant effect on middle school students’ accomplishment of science inquiry.Science inquiry status(2)high school teachers: male teachers generally higher than that of female teachers,municipal school teacher science inquiry literacy overall above the county level teacher,teaching age size is closely related to teachers’ accomplishment of scientific inquiry,first,the higher the overall quality of scientific inquiry,but the implementation of a specific scientific exploration,scientific inquiry,emotion and understanding of new things than younger teachers,high school biology teachers science inquiry literacy level and updates on the concept of method.(3)current situation of biology normal university students: the scientific inquiry quality of biology normal university students is at the middle level,which needs to be further improved;Personality,grade level,biological interest,academic performance,experimental skill level and other factors(teachers and schools)have an extremely significant influence on si literacy of biological normal university students(p<0.01).There are significant differences in the overall level of si literacy between individuals and governments with different cognitive styles(0.01 Gender and learning style have no significant influence on the level of biological si literacy(p>0.05).According to the influence of various factors on the development of scientific inquiry quality of biological normal university students,as well as the current situation and needs of middle school students,this paper puts forward strategies to improve the scientific inquiry quality of biological normal university students from three aspects: themselves,university teachers and universities.
