Comparative Study On The Regional Development Level Of China's General Aviation Industry From The Perspective Of The Full Industry Chain

The general aviation industry has developed rapidly in recent years,and its potential economic promotion has been paid attention to by the whole society.It has gradually become a sunrise industry that all regions of the country are competing to develop.However,there are differences in economic,social and natural environments between regions,which has led to different levels of development of the general aviation industry between different regions,but there is no research to explain where the gap is and how big the gap is.And gaining a clear idea of these issues has important and far-reaching implications for the purposeful development of the general aviation industry in various regions.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to accurately and objectively measure and study the comprehensive development level of general aviation industry in various regions.This paper takes the general aviation industry's "full industry chain" as the perspective,and studies the "full industry chain" theory and other related theories and deeply analyzes the general aviation industry industrial chain,then compares China's general aviation industry with countries with better development of the general aviation industry in the world and compares the general aviation industry in different regions of China.Finally,based on this,a scientific,reasonable and practical index evaluation system has been established for the actual development of China's general aviation industry.In the data processing,the data is processed by the combination of "extreme value processing method" and "percentile ranking value",so that the information of the original data is retained and the sensitivity of the data is ensured.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the general aviation industry regional development level evaluation system,the stratified entropy method is used to empirically analyze the general aviation development of the areas under the jurisdiction of the seven major major aviation administrations in China.This paper analyzes the development status of general aviation industry in various regions,and calculates and ranks the general aviation development level in each region,and then further studies the ranking of evaluation values in each region under each sub-indicator.The study found that the level of general aviation development in the areas under the jurisdiction of the seven major majoraviation administrations is quite different.There is an imbalance in the development of each region,and it is distributed step by step according to the geographical location.According to China's geographical location,the development level of the general aviation industry has gradually declined from east to west,and there are also imbalances between development indicators in various regions.Finally,based on the research results,this paper puts forward the policy recommendations for improving the development level of China's navigation industry from three aspects: navigation infrastructure construction,general aviation industry park development and navigation talent training.
