Research On New Retail Strategy Of FD Pharmaceutical Company Under The Internet Plus Background

In recent years,under the guidance of the national policy for the pharmaceutical industry,the development of the pharmaceutical retail industry is very rapid,and the chain pharmaceutical sales companies around the country are expanding rapidly.Over the past few years,the homogeneity of retail pharmacies has become more and more serious,such as lack of service,poor professional ability and inadequate profitability.Although the online medical retail industry has been hit hard,the increasing popularity of Internet technology and the introduction of the "Internet plus" policy provide unlimited opportunities for online development of pharmaceutical retail.FD medicine how to keep up with the trend in the Internet + background and walk out of a path suitable for its own development is the main problem of this paper.Starting from the analysis of relevant literature,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the current external environment and internal resources and capabilities of FD Pharmaceutical Company by using strategic analysis methods and tools such as PEST analysis,Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis.On this basis,through SWOT analysis,FD Pharmaceutical Company's new retail development strategy selection matrix is obtained and the final strategic choice is made.Finally,the implementation plan and safeguard measures of FD Pharmaceutical Company's new retail strategy are put forward.Through the analysis,it is found that the external environment of FD company contains opportunities and challenges for the new retail development of the pharmaceutical industry,and its internal resources and conditions are good.Therefore,FD pharmaceutical companies can choose to develop new retail health industry strategy.In the process of implementing the strategy,FD companies should pay attention to drug types,procurement,electronic sales,shared logistics and other aspects,and adjust the organizational structure and corporate culture to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy.The results of this study have practical guiding significance for FD Pharmaceutical Company,and are applied to the strategic choice and company development of FD Pharmaceutical Company.
