With the rapid development of China's society and the deepening of the market economy,the internal environment and external environment of the pharmaceutical industry are constantly changing.The development of pharmaceutical enterprises is facing enormous opportunities and challenges.As a basic and strategic pillar industry that affects the national economy and the people's livelihood,the pharmaceutical industry is an important part of China's national economy.The pharmaceutical industry has initially formed a relatively complete pharmaceutical industry system and drug distribution network,and China has developed into a major pharmaceutical industry.A reasonable evaluation of the business performance of pharmaceutical companies,enhance competitiveness and comprehensively improve business performance,the authenticity of the results of corporate performance evaluation has a direct impact on the improvement of the management level of pharmaceutical enterprises and the achievement of expected goals.However,the current performance evaluation methods of pharmaceutical companies in China mainly focus on maximizing accounting profits,ignoring the problem of capital return required by investors to invest funds,and failing to maximize corporate value and shareholder wealth.As a new performance evaluation index that has emerged in recent years,EVA clearly reflects the operating profit of the company by including equity capital,which helps to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of business activities,and guides managers to improve existing development strategies and promote The improvement of corporate value,because of its unique advantages compared with traditional performance evaluation indicators,has been vigorously promoted by the state.This paper firstly sorts out the research results of scholars at home and abroad in this field,and then analyzes the current status of performance evaluation based on the actual situation of A pharmaceutical company,and raises the problems of performance evaluation,and then proposes the introduction of EVA.necessity.In the calculation of EVA,the accounting items are adjusted according to the actual situation of A pharmaceuticalcompany,the financial data of 2014-2018 is selected,and the adjusted EVA calculation method is used for calculation.EVA indicators,benefit indicators and personnel management,learning and innovation are introduced.Financial indicators,determine the right to each index through the analytic hierarchy process,build a performance evaluation system for A pharmaceutical companies based on EVA,and then apply the system to A pharmaceutical companies to obtain performance evaluation scores,emphasizing the effectiveness of the EVA system in performance evaluation.Finally,it is concluded that A pharmaceutical company implements the EVA-based performance evaluation system safeguard measures.Through research,it is found that the EVA performance evaluation system is more scientific and more accurate than the current performance evaluation system of the company.It is more conducive to analyzing the long-term interests of enterprises,and is more conducive to the business operators and decision-makers to facilitate business operations.The decision-making can drive the growth of the company.
