With the rapid development of logistics,the scientific choice of distribution routes is not only a matter of concern to third-party logistics enterprises,but also a problem facing wholesale markets engaged in the distribution of goods.At present,70 % of the country's agricultural products in circulation,including the purchase of urban agricultural products,need to be turned over from the wholesale market.The scientific planning of distribution routes has become a powerful support for enterprises to enhance their brand image.It can reasonably reduce distribution costs,improve distribution efficiency,and enhance the competitiveness of logistics services,while saving social resources and playing an important role in energy conservation and efficiency.Therefore,it is especially necessary to study the planning of distribution routes for the society,enterprises and customers.Based on the research theory of wholesale market and distribution route of agricultural products,this paper takes the D wholesale market as the research object,and the new area after the D wholesale market is facing huge opportunities in the urban logistics distribution service market.This paper mainly studies the scientific planning of distribution route.Based on the current situation of the D wholesale market,the paper analyzes the market positioning of the goods,service objects,service scope,and service facilities of the D wholesale market.It is found that distribution problems include small and extensive distribution targets,overtime distribution services,increasing distribution costs,choosing modes of distribution routes,and the problem that existing distribution facilities do not match the scale of the market.In order to solve these problems,this paper uses the idea of clustering and then planning,uses SPSS to implement the classification and management of many distribution customer points,then uses the saving algorithm to achieve the shortest path in each cluster after clustering,and then analyzes the time constraints under the soft time window.Combined with the clustering results and the shortest path,the timetable of vehicle arrival at different initial departure time is calculated,and the best delivery time is determined,and the lowest delivery cost is obtained.Finally,we put forward measures to establish low-cost and efficientservice targets,improve the awareness of scientific choice and optimize distribution routes,establish a mechanism to punish delivery timeouts,ensure customer classification management and strengthen the training of professional logistics personnel.It is expected that the city distribution services in the D wholesale market will reach the leading level.
