| Mineral resources play an extremely important role in the development of human society.However,most of the mineral resource needed for modern human life come from the underground.Without the help of external forces,it is difficult for humans to directly discover the location of underground mineral resources.Therefore,this paper develops the research on the three-component magnetic induction prospecting instrument,which the prospecting instrument mainly measures and systematically studies the magnetic anomaly caused by various minerals or other objects that can be explored in nature to find the location of mineral resources.For the overall functional requirements of the three-component magnetic induction prospecting instrument,this paper has done the following work:1、Firstly,the background and significance of the topic selection are expounded,which proves the necessity of developing the prospecting instrument.Through the study of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,and the working principle and error analysis of the instrument are discussed,which lays the practical feasibility foundation for the development of the three-component magnetic induction prospecting instrument.2 、 The three-component magnetic induction prospecting instrument is composed of the upper computer system and the lower computer system.The lower computer system mainly includes the control analysis module and the data acquisition module.The control analysis module consists of USB interface,DWIN serial screen,RS232 serial port module,power module and SD card module.The data acquisition module consists of PNI(Pacific Nanotechnology Incorporated)magnetic acquisition module,tilt sensor module,RS232 serial port module,power module and GPS real-time positioning module.3、The lower computer system designs two measurement modes according to different measurement requirements of the user,the user can independently set the interval time,timing time and storage time of the instrument measurement on the serial screen of the control analysis module.When the interval time and timing time are both 0,the measurement interval time is not limited,the measurement is not timed,and storage times are user-defined.When the interval time and timing time are not 0,the instrument measures according to the set time,and storage times are also user-defined.The host computer system(the terminal computer module)is a host computer interface developed based on Qt,which can show the change process of the magnetic field data and angle measured by the instrument over a period of time and the positioning data of any measuring point(such as longitude,latitude and altitude),the processed data can also be exported in the format of the drawing.4、the hardware control circuit design based on STM32F103 microcontroller,signal acquisition circuit design,information display and storage design,Qt interface design and data processing analysis are studied,which can read,display and store magnetic field,angle and GPS positioning data.5、In the actual measurement,the instrument probe is not completely parallel to the earth’s surface,so the tilt sensor module is added to correct the measured earth’s magnetic field data.Test and study different research objects,and bring the system instruments to the field for experiments,analyze and process the measurement data through the host computer interface,export the data and generate the map.6、The instrument was calibrated with reference to the National Metrology Technical Specification of the People’s Republic of China(JJF 1519—2015).Through analysis,the developed three-component magnetic induction prospecting instrument has good stability performance,which proves the validity of the measurement data.Compared with the daily variation observation curve measured by the foreign ENVI series proton magnetometer,the actual feasibility of the instrument is proved.The inclination sensor is added to perform the calibration of the magnetic field to make the measurement more accurate.The GPS module and the SD card are used to realize real-time positioning and storage of data,data can be output to a computer for analysis and processing,eliminating the error of manual operation. |
