| Land and water resources are not only the most basic and important natural resources for human survival,production and life,but also the core resources for sustainable agricultural production and ecological environment.Hexi Corridor is an important link of the nation’s "Belt and Road" strategy.Maintaining the economic and social stability and ecological balance in the region is an important guarantee for realizing the national strategy,and also the basis for realizing the sustainable economic and social development of the Hexi Corridor.As is known to all,Hexi Corridor is one of the extremely arid regions in China,where the natural conditions are harsh and water resources even limit the harmonious development of the regional economy,society and ecological environment.Therefore,study the characteristics of water and soil resources matching and its influencing factors by combining the present situation of economic and social development and ecological environment in inland river basin,using the agricultural soil and water resources matching coefficient,the Malmquist DEA model and the nonlinear regression model,which was in order to provide decision-making basis for realizing the balance utilization of water and soil resources in the basin and optimizing the matching degree of agricultural water and soil resources in the basin.The main conclusions were as follows:(1)From 2001 to 2017,the scale efficiency and comprehensive efficiency of agricultural water and soil resources utilization in the inland river basin of Gansu Province showed an upward trend in general fluctuation,while the level of technological progress showed a downward trend in fluctuation.From the perspective of basin space,the comprehensive efficiency value of agricultural water and soil resources utilization in the three major inland river basins: Heihe River basin > Shiyang River basin > Shule River basin.And its influencing factors provide decision-making basis for realizing the balanced utilization of water and soil resources in the basin and optimizing the matching degree of agricultural water and soil resources in the basin.(2)The matching degree of agricultural water and soil resources in different basins presents different distribution and different amplitude variation trend in space and time.Since 2000,the matching degree of land and water resources in inland river basin has been on the whole increased in fluctuation.The ranking of the matching degree of soil and water resources in inland river basin is: Shule river basin > Heihe river basin > Shiyang river basin,which indicates that the matching degree of agricultural soil and water resources in inland river basin does decrease from west to east.Technical progress,scale efficiency and comprehensive efficiency have a certain impact on the matching degree of agricultural water and soil resources.Among them,technical progress plays a significant role in agricultural production efficiency,and the three factors jointly promote the matching degree of agricultural water and soil resources in inland river basin.(3)In the future,the direction to further improve the optimal regulation and control of agricultural water and soil resources in inland river basins is to develop efficient and water-saving agriculture,optimize planting structure,and properly regulate the scale of agriculture.The Shule River Basin mainly improves the utilization efficiency and matching level of agricultural water and soil resources by developing facility agriculture and optimizing crop planting structure.Heihe River Basin can improve the utilization efficiency and matching level of agricultural water and soil resources by upgrading water-saving irrigation technology and developing efficient water-saving agriculture.Shiyang River Basin mainly uses water-saving irrigation technology,develops efficient water-saving agriculture,optimizes planting structure and improves irrigation utilization coefficient to improve the efficiency of water and soil resources utilization and its matching degree. |
