| With the continuous economic development of Henan province,and the city scale continues to expand,and the industrial structure is constantly being adjusted and optimized and gradually form a complete industrial chain and Increase use of water in various industries.The water resources needed for agriculture cannot be reduced,but the total amount of water resources available are far less than the water demand.There is a shortage of water in all industries in Henan Province.To alleviate the tension between water shortage of Henan province,We must adjust the use of water resources and Improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources and improve the utilization structure of water resources in Henan Province.We can use vigorously to develop water-saving agriculture.This is of great significance to ensure the food supply and food security in Henan Province.Selected cities of Henan Province,Using municipal agriculture-related data on2012-2019,to define the related concepts of agricultural water resources and agricultural water resources utilization efficiency,and to elaborate and analyze the theoretical concepts involved in this article.According to the relevant data onto the utilization status of agricultural water resources in Henan Province and based on the agricultural water resources utilization efficiency of Henan Province from 2012-2019,we can point out the existing problems.We can find that the agricultural water resources utilization efficiency city of Sanmenxia city has always been effective against DEA,and the main reason why other regions do not reach efficiency optimal is input redundancy.Then,the Malmquist total factor productivity indexes analysis method was used to dynamically analyze the agricultural water efficiency in Henan Province.It is found that the overall utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources in Henan province is improving overall.Later,the comprehensive efficiency value of agricultural water resources utilization was selected as the dependent variable,and the Tobit regression model was analyzed,which concluded that the urbanization level and agricultural planting structure were negatively correlated with agricultural water resources utilization efficiency.the level of water-saving agriculture was positively correlated with agricultural water use efficiency.According to the problems of agricultural production input and agricultural water resources utilization efficiency in different cities of Henan Province,the following suggestions of agricultural water efficiency: increasing the promotion of farmland water saving irrigation technology;adjusting agricultural factor input to improve agricultural water efficiency;increasing the construction of farmland water conservancy facilities,strengthening the water saving awareness of local residents,and optimize the management system of agricultural water resources. |
