With the acceleration of process of oilfield exploration and development,the reservoir thickness decreases,and the target layer deepens,the exploration becomes more and more complicated and hidden.More effective acquisition of reservoir geological data has gradually become an indispensable means for oil field experts to interpret and analyze oil reservoirs.Sidewall coring is the direct removal of the core from the stratum,which can more accurately confirm the stratum,and has strong intuitiveness which can meet the special requirements of geology.Because of its simplicity,economy and practicality,the method is widely used in geological work.At present,there are drilling coring,fire coring and rotary coring for formation sidewall.Rotary sidewall coring can directly extract the formation core in various formation well conditions,and its quantity is large,at the same time its speed is fast,which has the experimental and analytical value,and it is favored by geologists.With low cost,accurate depth and high core quality,rotary sidewall coring can be used to analyze various lithology,electrical properties and physical properties,and obtain interpretation information such as permeability and porosity,and it is the coring method with the greatest application prospect and development potential.In this context,the research on rotating sidewall coring instruments is also progressing at home and abroad.However,the price of rotating sidewall coring is high in foreign countries and advanced technology is monopolized,while the effect of rotating sidewall coring instruments in China is generally poor and there are many problems.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop new sidewall coring instruments.Based on the ground system for the rotary sidewall coring,this paper put forward the thesis design ideas and the overall scheme design of the thesis,a new type of rotary sidewall coring equipment introduction,theoretical analysis,the overall structure and function characteristics,emphatically expounds the new rotary sidewall coring instrument system design and application on the ground.The ground system mainly includes two parts of the hardware system and software system.Objective introduce the content of the design of each part,a comprehensive theory and implementation,through to the integrated collection system,underground dc power supply panel,the design of high voltage power supply system and other implements the development of the hardware system on the ground.Through the design of data structure,visual interface,communication mode,operation process and other modules,the design and development of the software system was realized.Finally,through the actual test and analysis and comparison,the innovation,feasibility and effectiveness of the rotating shaft wall coring instrument were verified,and Suggestions and prospects were proposed.
