| The location selection of economic projects refers to the analysis and decision-making of the geographical location,leading by the main objective of enhancing the economic effect of the project.The location selection of economic projects directly affects the development and effectiveness of economic activities so that is an important part of regional economic development.Research of this topic plays an important role for regional economic improvement.Previous studies on that have discovered influencing factors such as industrial agglomeration factors and traffic accessibility factors,explored the location selection model construction method represented by AHP and applied GIS to build and solve the model.But drawbacks still exist as following:First of all,ecological factors have not been taken into consideration.Secondly,methods of determining the weight of the factors mostly use subjective methods,which lack merging of empirical data.This research is aiming to build a priority model for the location selection of Horqin Right Front Banner economic projects,using GIS as the basic analysis tool,considering the ecological red line comprehensively.And on this basis,a corresponding system is developed to support practical decision-making ultimately.The main contents and results of this research are as following:(1)This research divides Horqin Right Front Banner economic projects into 5 categories:agriculture,forest and water project,industrial energy project,service project,sociology project and real estate project,combining ecological protection red line factors into traditional location factors.Respectively for each type of project,a priority model for location selection is developed.The ecological protection red line is expressed as a prerequisite for location selection,combined with analytic hierarchy process and Regression fitting analysis to verify and weight the location factors.The model test is carried out with research data,whose result shows that the complex determination coefficient~2 value was 0.9496,showing a significant correlation.(2)Based on traffic accessibility analysis,land use types,location entropy industry and population density data of each township,integrating location factor quantitative scoring method,using spatial analysis tools such as grid calculator in Arc GIS,this research calculates Horqin Right Front Banner economic project location selection priority model and obtains the overall location priority spatial distribution and the evaluation results of the economic project location selection priority of each township.According to the ecological construction requirements,the economic development of the country was analyzed and suggested.The evaluation results show that the average total score of agriculture,forest and water project is the highest among the five projects.(3)Based on the above analysis results,the Horqin Right Front Banner economic project location selection decision support system was developed,combining the visualization and storage of the economic project location selection priority evaluation results,viewing and editing the location selection priority model of Horqin Right Front Banner.This system can facilitate application of the results of model research into actual economic decision making. |
