| With the steady economic growth,China has become the world’s largest elevator market.Huge market always brings about fierce market competition.In such a competitive environment,elevator enterprises have to develop core competitive products and solutions to meet the personalized needs of the market.Whether the core competitive products and solutions can be launched into the market as fast as possible will have significant influence on the success of market competition.In such a case,the effective control of project progress becomes more and more important.This article analyzed the current situation of the progress of R&D projects of TK to identify the key issues on the current R&D project progress management: the project schedule delay under the condition of limited resources.And plan to establish the model of priority evaluation based on Analytic Hierarchy Process to select the high priority project and adjust the project resources.The ultimate goal is to ensure the high priority project progress to meet the expectations in order to enhance the market competitiveness of TK. |
