With the rapid development of science and the continuous evolution of the decision-making environment,the diverse and complex actual decision-making urgently demands more new decision-making solutions.However,multiply attributes decision making(MADM)methods handle these decision-making problems can be more effective.As a generalized form of intuitionistic fuzzy set,Pythagorean fuzzy set can delicately represent the fuzzy characters of things when it measures uncertain factors.Linguistic information has a good performance in describing human habit recognition of nature.Subsequently,the Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic set which is the combination of above two characters is more suitable for application in the actual decision-making environment.Based on the existing research in this paper,a series of researches on the decision problem of Pythagorean fuzzy sets are carried out.The specific aspects are as follows:(1)Through the intuitionistic fuzzy set,explore the problem of the preference information among alternatives provided by decision makers when making decisions.In order to fully take into account the degree of hesitation of preference information,we propose an interactive minimum deviation programming model based on multiplicative consistency for deriving priority weight of alternatives in intuitionistic fuzzy preference relationship(IFPR).(2)In terms of information aggregation,the fuzzy entropy measure has a great advantage in measuring the uncertain factors for the evaluation information.Based on this,the Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic entropy is proposed,and then the interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic entropy induced ordered weighting averaging operator(IVPFLEIOWA)is proposed.The linguistic scale function takes into account the human preference of profit and risk.Then based on the linguistic scale function,we propose a linguistic scale function Minkowski distance(LSFMD).The Shaply index based on the Choquet integral can find the internal relationship between attributes,and proposes the Pythagorean fuzzy lingusitic Shapley-Choquet averaging Minkowski distance(PFLSCAMD)operator can reasonably gather evaluation information when the attribute weights are unknown and this distance operator pays more attention to aggregation information internal variation trend than simple distance measure.Subsequently,theQuasi-Pythagorean fuzzy lingustic Shapley-Choquet averaging Minkowski distance(Q-PFLSCAMD)operator is proposed,and the degenerate form of the distance operator is studied.(3)In terms of decision methods,the partial ordered relationship combines the outranking relationship and the veto relationship of the paired evaluation information and constructs the decision matrix of the evaluation information.Based on the partial order relationship,this paper proposes a compromise decision method(outranking-VIKOR,O-VIKOR)to deal with multiply attributes decision making problems with high degree of complexity in the interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic environment.Finally,in view of the above three aspects,this paper gives practical decision cases to prove the validity and practicability of our research.
