Fuzzy sets provide a new perspective for the study of uncertain information.Then many scholars propose other fuzzy sets on the basis of the Fuzzy sets.Pythagorean fuzzy sets is one of them.Pythagorean fuzzy sets are widely used to solve multi-attribute decisionmaking problems.In real life,decision makers tend to use language to evaluate decision-making plans.Considering the actual decision-making problems,Based on the Pythagorean fuzzy sets and the 2-tuple linguistic sets,this paper proposes the 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy sets,which provide a new way to solve the real multi-attribute decision-making problems.First of all,based on the score function,precise function and algorithm of Pythagorean fuzzy sets,combined with the characteristics of the 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy numbers,a new score function,precise function and algorithm are proposed.Then,considering that BM operator can describe the relationship between any two parameters,this paper applies it to the environment of the 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy sets,proposes 2TLPFWBM operator and 2TLPFWGBM operator,studies the idempotence,monotonicity and boundedness of these operators,and gives numerical examples and analysis.Secondly,due to the diversity of parameters,this paper applies HM operator to the environment of the 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy sets,proposes G2 TLPFHM operator,G2 TLPFWHM operator and other operators,and studies the related properties of these operators.Under the new method,a numerical example is given.Finally,because of the limitation of traditional TODIM method in solving multi-attribute decision-making problem,this paper extends the traditional TODIM method to the environment of the 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy sets,and proposes 2TLPFNs-TODIM method.A numerical example is given to illustrate the applicability of the method.
