Guizhou is located in the center of karst in southern China, where carbonate rocks are widely distributed. There are tens of thousands of karst caves in the area, which hold extremely rich biological resources.Cave-dwelling neobisiids are one of the representative animal groups of cave organisms, most of which are troglobites and are highly adaptive to cave environment, showing strong regional endemism. They are very important in scientific research and biodiversity conservation. This thesis deals with taxonomy of cave-dwelling neobisiids in the karst area of Guizhou Province. The preface provides a detailed introduction to the cave and cave organisms, the taxonomic status and morphological characteristics of Neobisiidae, the research overview of cave-dwelling neobisiids in China and abroad. The cave-dwelling neobisiids collected in karst area of Guizhou were classified, described and measured in detail, and the morphology and identification characters were photographed and illustrated. This thesis includes two genera and 23 species of cave-dwelling neobisiids from Guizhou,of which 20 species are new: Bisetocreagris aspera sp.nov.,Bisetocreagris chumiensis sp.nov.,Bisetocreagris chanxiensis sp.nov.,Bisetocreagris grandis sp.nov.,Bisetocreagris heidongensis sp.nov.,Bisetocreagris longidigitalis sp.nov.,Bisetocreagris sanjieensis sp.nov.,Bisetocreagris sanmenensis sp.nov.,Bisetocreagris sanyuanensis sp.nov.,Bisetocreagris yanggongensis sp.nov.,Bisetocreagris anjialinensis sp.nov.,Bisetocreagris xishuiensis sp.nov.,Parobisium damaoense sp.nov.,Parobisium maoerense sp.nov.,Parobisium motianense sp.nov.,Parobisium ngwuntengae sp.nov.,Parobisium qiangzhuang sp.nov.,Parobisium sanlouense sp.nov.,Parobisium tiani sp.nov.,Parobisium xiangshuiense sp.nov.;three species are redescribed: Bisetocreagris gracilenta Gao & Zhang,2017,Bisetocreagris guangshanensis Gao & Zhang,2017 and Parobisium chuanense(Mahnert & Li,2016)comb.nov.;and one new combination is proposed:Parobisium chuanense(Mahnert & Li,2016)comb.nov.is transferred from Bisetocreagris to Parobisium. The thesis includes 79 morphological figures and 15 habitat images. All the specimens involved in this thesis are preserved in the Museum of Hebei University(MHBU).
