Guizhou Province is the largest karst area in the China. It has rich cave biological resources and high species diversity. With the in-depth study of karst cave creatures,it is found that Coleoptera species are very abundant, but systematic research on the taxonomy of Coleoptera insects is relatively lacking, which is really unfavorable for the development of cave insect research.Due to the special natural environment of the cave, the coleopteran insects have gradually evolved under the special environment, that is,the morphological and physiological characteristics have also gradually changed, and the species have become diversified. They have become the raw materials for many research fields. The research direction has also changed from a single taxonomic study to ecology. And evolution. Therefore, understanding the resources of coleopteran insects in caves in Guizhou and mastering their taxonomic studies are the basis for conducting cave biodiversity and ecological research. In order to find out the resources of cave coleopteran insects in our province, taking cave coleopteran insect groups in Guizhou Province as the main research object, collecting coleopteran insect specimens from caves in some areas of the province from 2018 to 2020,combined with Guizhou Normal University In the collection of specimens of the Karst Cave Research Center over the years, the morphological characteristics of the worms and the dissected genitals are observed under a planing mirror for further observation and identification;digital cameras are used to photograph the morphological maps and genitals of the adult worms, and scan-assisted analysis by electron microscope.Through the observation of morphological characteristics and genitals,39 species of cave coleopteran insects in Guizhou Province are described, belonging to 26 genera and 7 families, including No.13 unidentified species and No.3 suspected new species: Tribasodites duyun sp.nov.,Tribasodites majiang sp.nov.,Tribasodites sandu sp.nov.And make a key to the family, genus, and species, briefly describe the classification characteristics of each genus, describe the morphological characteristics and geographic distribution of all species in detail, and perform an overall overview of the morphology and genitals of the insects.Take pictures and drawings, and take separate pictures of features from different angles.Among the types of cave insects, true cave insect species accounted for 44% of the total number of species, cave insect species accounted for 33% of the total number of species, and even cave insect species accounted for 23% of the total number of species.Among the 39 species of insects in China's animal geographic distribution, the central china region has the most species, accounting for 59% of the total species;in the distribution area of Guizhou, the species distributed in Duyun is the largest, accounting for 41% of the total species. This study conducted a preliminary morphological classification of the coleopteran insect resources in karst caves in Guizhou Province, understood the distribution of the fauna, and established a part of the coleopteran insect resource database in Guizhou caves.
