Order and security are the basic prerequisities for the development of human society,the state of social security reflects the country's governance capacity and level,and the comprehensive evaluation of social security is one of the effective methods to reflect the state of social security and to improve and enhance the state of social security.The comprehensive evaluation of social security is to make a valuable judgment on the social security situation by collecting the social security information of a certain area systematically and comprehensively,and using the appropriate evaluation methods according to the social security evaluation index system.Theoretically,the comprehensive evaluation of social security can be regarded as a multi-attribute decision making problem.In the process of comprehensive evaluation of social security,the evaluation subject is used to use expressing the social security status of “good”,“fair”,“poor” and other linguistic terms.Due to the uncertainty of human subjective judgment,the evaluation subject may have a certain degree of satisfaction or dissatisfaction when expressing the evaluation of a certain aspect of the social security.The 2-tuple intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic sets can simultaneously express the evaluation subject's qualitative description of evaluation area,and the degree of satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the evaluation subject.Therefore,it is important to apply 2-tuple intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic multi-attribute decision making to the comprehensive evaluation of social security.This paper combines the 2-tuple intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic sets and VIKOR method,proposes the-tuple intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic VIKOR method to solve the comprehensive evaluation of social security problem.In this paper,the main work summarized as follows:(1)In order to effectively aggregate the evaluation information of each evaluation subject,the 2-tuple intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic generalized power weighted(2TIFLGPWA)operator and the 2-tuple intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic generalized power weighted geometry(2TIFLGPWA)operator are proposed,and discussed related properties of these operators.(2)Based on the traditional VIKOR method,the traditional VIKOR method is extended to the 2-tuple intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic environment.Firstly,the attributes weight information is comprehensively determined based on the AHP method and the entropy weight method.Secondly,combined with 2-tuple intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic generalized power weighted average operator and VIKOR method,the 2-tuple intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic VIKOR multi-attribute group decision making method is established.(3)The comprehensive evaluation index system of social security is constructed,and the2-tuple intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic VIKOR multi-attribute group decision making method is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of social security.Not only obtained the ranking result of comprehensive evaluation of social security,but also analyzed the difference in social security conditions in various areas based on the ideal point method and provided reasonable suggestions.
